This is exactly the truck I just bought. I've had it 2 weeks so far and I'm really loving it. Great tip on the transmission fluid. I'll have to look into that.
Hey bud just my two cents I had a 08 1500 an a 2012 2500 and both trucks leaked water under the back passenger seat it was the third brake light removed the foam gasket and resealed in to place with Silicone after installing LEDs 👍
Arkleone nothing that has failed mechanically. Everything I’ve done has been upgrades. Besides the ball joints and tie rods. Of course it depends on how well the precious owner took care of the rig as well. Mine was one owner. And I’ve owned it over three years now. It’s been great. I like all diesels though. Dodge. Chevy ford. They all have their strengths and weaknesses 👍🏼

Same for my 96’ Cummins and 01’ 1500. Guess they never change the foam supplier. Lol
