Hawks lead by Joe Johnson going to 7 games vs the 08 Celtics doesnt get recognized enough. Joe could have easily been a key piece to a championship contending team. Also, being 3rd behind MJ and Kobe in buzzer beater game winners is badass!!

Worst thing was Joe Johnson was drafted by the Celtics and they let him go. I never forgave the Celtics for that. Imagine him and Paul Pierce in their primes. Wouldn't have had so many lean years in Boston before 2007-2008.

LaMarcus Aldridge played 16 seasons with mainly with the Trailblazers, Spurs and Nets, so he was a 7-time All Star player and no NBA championships under his belt. Zach Randolph also played 18 seasons with the Trailblazers, Grizzlies, Knicks, Kings and Clippers, so he was a 2-time All Star player who never won a NBA title; although, he was the first ever Grizzlies player to retire his number with the team along with Tony Allen. DeMarcus Cousins came into the league who spent most of his career with the Sacramento Kings, so he was supposed to be one of the best centers in the league. Joe Johnson was a good player in his prime, so he was known as a pure shooter as a shooting guard. Roy Hibbett was a monster as a center who was known for his defensive game as a rebounder, shot-blocker and a scorer. Rajon Rondo was basically one of the best point guards in his prime, so he won a NBA championship with the Celtics with Kevin Garnett and Ray Alllen, then he coming off the bench with various teams and soon was out of the league.🏀🏀🏀🏀🏀🏀

I forgot which but in 2k 16-17 he had one of the best shot releases you could choose.
zbo was a weird archetype like a Charles Barkley without the hops. was Kool the way he turned his career around, without changing anything but his mind.
Boogie was amazing and considering how much he settled down, shame he just kinda faded.

Not really related but one of Millsap’s brothers lived in a flat over my grandparents’ for a short time. He wasn’t as quiet as they wanted him to be, and he didn’t match the expectations put on him, but he was a good guy

Big men are still valued, LaMarcus. The three best players in the league are arguably Jokic, Embiid, and Giannis. The difference now is you need to be super versatile. You can't just post up and take 18-footers because the league figured out that that's not efficient offense. Sick of old head bigs romanticizing post play and/or acting like it doesn't still exist.

    I really enjoyed the video!
Never thought much of Hibert. Johnson and Rondo were favorites. Johnson was underrated but really good and Rondo was perhaps a little overrated for a bit, but a total winner. LaMarcus Aldridge definitely has HOF numbers. We'll see.
