Oh my, doesn’t Dr Dray look soo pretty today?🔥🔥
happy monday
I agree!! Love from the Netherlands
That blue color compliments her complexion.
As always
Yes, she looks beautiful in this new video.
I love how honest you’re with us. Very rare when it comes to skin influencers online. 🙌🏻
Dr. Dray is THE BEST. I hate “skinfluencers” - they have a subjective opinion whereas dr. Dray discusses what these products will do for whoever tries them, so why would we listen to them 😆 All I know is that my skin has improved SO MUCH in the last year thanks to Dr. Dray and Dr. Dray alone. Actual Derms IRL were less helpful.
@@VeronixaIami they're also all constantly excited and ecstatic about EVERYTHING & ANYTHING I feel like. Which is not helpful at all when you need to pick a routine and stick to it while not having an unlimited budget
Your complexion is absolutely beautiful, Dr. Dray. Thank you for your well-researched advice!
Does anyone else get overwhelmed by all the skin care products out there?? I need maybe 2 product recommendations that are truly effective please....
Prescription tretinoin 0.025mg at night. The first month every other night. After this has absorbed, apply a night cream with ceramdes and peptides.
Every morning, apply acure brightening vitamin c and ferulic acid serum. Let that absorb. Then, apply a day cream that works for you that has peptides and ceramides. I prefer a salicylic acid cleanser so that I have something to exfoliate my skin. Also, before people start yelling at me.Don't forget your sunscreen.
29 year old male here from Aus, I used the eye serum for 7 months and it didn’t do much, except hydrate my eye area. The bottle lasts a long time, you only need a small amount.
You look gorgeous! Natural but beautiful! I love how you did your makeup today!
Thanks again for a very in-depth video! I appreciate all your hard work. Many blessings!💖💖💖
Can't thank you enough Dr. Dray for all that you do in your channel. The information you put out (i.e., product information, testing, facts and or evidence-based) are so valuable that each episode or new video should never be missed out. What draws me to this channel is your thoroughness and remarkable effort, and quality of information.
Your makeup and skin look extra gorgeous today!
Thank you Dr Dray for making such informative videos for us! I love watching new skincare videos
Happy Monday!! Thanks for the review!
As an oily skin girl , I loved the beta glucan moisturizer and it sits beautifully under make up due to that slightly tacky film. I only use it during the day and use a heavier moisturizer at night. My skin almost never feels dry but does get extra oily when it is dry, so when I apply this, it sinks in and feels like nothing but my skin doesn’t get oily when I wear it because my skin isn’t overcompensating for moisture loss. So I love it. Dr. Drey , I wish you talked about it more rather than just writing it off!!
I also like to use it during the day under my spf or under soft make-up. It works wonderful, actually. I like it better than the original cream texture.
I have combo skin and use the beta glucan one in the morning and it starts out tacky but very quickly goes right into my skin as if it was never there, I use the HA moisturizer in the night and they both work great
Yes to all of these. My skin gets oily and the nyc summer heat doesn’t agree with the HA but the beta feels like water but doesn’t dry out quickly at all.
How the Ordinary doesn't have better sunscreen options blows my mind
I always enjoy your honest reviews.
I’ve used The Ordinary for years. I’m 68 and my skin is wrinkle free except the beginning of saggy jowls…blah!😆 Your skin looks the best I’ve seen Dr. Dray! Very glowy!✨
68 and wrinkle free and just the beginning of saggy jowls? We all hate you now 😂 😂
please tell us your secret on which products you use, pleaaaase.
@@bel.epoque I use all The Ordinary products. I use: Night time -my own homemade wash w/coconut oil, clay, oats, etc., Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA & switch with Granactive Retinoid 2% Emulsion. Daytime-"Buffet" + Copper Peptides 2% (I switch with Pycnogenol 5% & Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5, I use AHA 30% BHA 2% & Glycolic Acid 7% as exfoliants. I always use sunscreen-MyChelle sun shield stick SPF 50 tinted, 100% Pure tinted moisturizer w/sunscreen. Hope this helps!

I just turned 62 but still have some minor acne. Can you tell me your favorite products you use for wrinkles? Please🙏❤ There are so many things from The Ordinary, but I do love the products I've used so far. Thank you! I really like Dr. Dray's channel.❤
Excellent review. These reviews are concise and well described. Thank you.
The top bun is really your look! That blue on your skin is dreamy! You look beautiful.
this video was SO HELPFUL!!❤
Good information. Normally, I like most things they make but nothing sounds useful enough to buy or replace what I use. Thank you so much Dr Dray! Looking forward to the hair product review though.
That colour blue looks fabulous on you Dr Dray 👍👍
Thanks for your honest review. I have been using all of these new products as well ever since they came out. I agree on all point’s except on the two moisturizers. I am in my 50s and live in colder dry climate with rosacea prone skin. I was using higher priced moisturizers to keep my skin from drying out each day (i.e $70 CAD per 50ml) and since these two new NMFs came out…I no longer need! I use NMF + beta glucan in morning with a drop of pycnogenol under my SPF and it feels like a hydrating primer. I layer both at night and skin is soft and hydrated all night. Tip: use a small amount of NMF with phytoceramides and no shine!! Easily spreads and seals nicely! I am so happy I no longer need to buy skin fix or biossance anymore!!
I would love an updated video reviewing new Inkey list products please!😊
Thanks for the reviews and information! ☺️
I love you because you are honest always 💙
Happy Monday Dr Dray…see you tomorrow x🤩💙
Been curious about these new products from the Ordinary. Thanks for the thorough review. Happy Monday 🌞🌻
thanks for watching

The new phytoceramide cream is my favorite, I’ve been using it more than my Stratia duo.
This review was very helpful, thank you! I would love to see you review some NIOD products next (another Deciem brand).
I also agree with everyone today you look absolutely gorgeous and glowing love your makeup and love your channel ❤️
I think Dr. Dray's skin looks REALLY beautiful today. Dr Dray: Please do a video on what particular products you used or were using at that time. 😊
Ah i really like how you try the products for a few months instead of agreeing with the ingredients w/o any testing
Thank you, Dr Dray. You're always my go to when it comes to reviewing any product I am interested in. This was so informative for me. At present I have been using the ordinary multi peptide serum. I have been using it now for about three months. I would say it has made a massive difference to my under eye area in that my undress and eyelids are more hydrated and feel tighter. Definitely noticed a brightening effect. I am a 38 year old who get the odd acne breakout, usually cystic! So annoying. This doesn't break me out, which is great. I use it in combination with the buffet copper peptide serum and Niacinamide and La Roche posay effacer H moisturiser, K for the summer months.
Noticed that my acne is now more mild with less breakouts.
I thought your skin looked incredible!!! Thanks again for this video. really good honest, professional information.
You have literally saved my skin!
I would love to see you review their new barrier support serum!
Thank you, Dr. Dray. I really like the Ordinary products and I appreciate your opinion and expertise on these products.
You look lovely today too. So pretty 😊
Julieann ❤
Happy Monday, Dr. Dray ❤
happy monday
I love the Ordinary, so I really appreciate you reviewing their new products. Argereline and CoQ10 are my holy grails from there and several others. Great products at very reasonable prices. Have a wonderful Sunday!❤😊
Wait...they have a CoQ10 serum? What's it called?
@taranullius9221 sorry it's Timeless!
I haven’t tried the new moisturizers because my skin doesn’t do well with urea. But I LOVE the glycolipid cleanser. My skin has gotten more oily/combo this year, and the glycolipid cleanser is a great alternative to the squalane cleanser, which I have always loved. I agree that the foaming cleanser is pretty meh. I have mixed feelings about NAG serum. I didn’t really notice any results from it until I started using it as a spot treatment on red marks from pimples immediately after the pimple has resolved. It doesn’t seem to help if I use it while the pimple is still active, but once the pimple has resolved, the NAG serum fades the redness like nothing else I’ve ever seen. PIE likes to hang around on my skin for YEARS, but with this serum twice a day, the redness is reduced probably ~75% in less than a week! I do like to layer it with a niacinamide serum, but no niacinamide serum has had that kind of effect by itself. However, it does take a lot longer to fade that last 25%. I’ve been getting some bad breakouts since May, and even with this serum (and everything else I use), I don’t think any of the marks are completely faded. Still, it’s amazing to be able to get rid of the majority of the redness so quickly. I will repurchase it as long as I’m still getting breakouts. Used as a spot treatment like this, I probably only need one bottle a year, so it’s a pretty good deal.
Thank you for the great information! Have a great week!🥰
you too
Hi! I've just found you and find your information very interesting. I haven't completely researched your playlist, but was wondering if you ever specifically address products for older women. I'm 74, and I know that the majority of products are created for young, youthful skin. We older women are often at a loss as to just what to put on our aging skin. We know we have wrinkles and sags, but still want to look our best.
I absolutely love all the Ordinary products. Much, much better than Skinceuticals. And most importantly, they don’t bankrupt you! They’re the best-no question.
Love the set up
Very nice makeup, Dr. Dray!
Hi Dr.Dray!!! Gosh you look amazing today! We need details😊😊
As always, great value content ❤
Your makeup and skin look great! Hope you’re having an awesome day Dr. Dray!
Dr, Dray, you are as beautiful as always. However, your eye makeup today is stunning!
thanks
Dr Dray is looking good !
Wow! 1st, can I just say how pretty you look today. 2nd, loved today's video. Thanks for explaining everything so well. Sometimes the ordinary can be hard to figure out and you did a fantastic job. Have a great weekend 😊
Thank you for the information. How pretty is your makeup today!

I recently purchased the NMF + Phytoceramides, and I completely agree -- it feels so much like sunscreen! It performs decently but I will still keep going back to good ol' Cerave in the tub.
Try the other one 😊
Love how non-drying the cream cleanser is! One of the only products I've tried from the ordinary that have stood out for me from the rest of the market
Hey Dr. Dray! Have been a follower for years! Love your vlogs the most! ❤️ I was wondering if you have reviewed the plant based prebiotic skincare line for Aleavia at any time? If so, thoughts? It’s touted as organic and minimal ingredients. Thank you so much!
Kudos Dr. Dray! I use The Ordinary and Inkey List because I want hyaluronic acid without added scent, caffeine without added scent. In other words, I don't want added fluff in products. Thank you for testing and explaining products. Now, I know what I need and who produces what I want (and can afford).
I’ve been using the eye product for a few months now and I really like it. I use it under Dieux reusable eye masks and it works wonders. I also use it on my top lip in the day. I really like cream cleanser. I also the beta glucan moisturiser at night over Tretanoin and I’ve been impressed.
I had a feeling the beta glucan moisturizer wouldn't be enough on its own. Even as someone with oily skin myself I usually still pair gel moisturizers with something slightly more occlusive. But the ingredient list for that one is very nice :)
I've been using the NMF + Beta Glucan as my daytime moisturizer for the summer and find it good, but not great. I found the finish a bit tacky, and didn't offer a lot of spreadability/play time. I much prefer for Beauty of Joseon Red Bean Water Gel though for those looking for a gel with beta-glucan.
Very helpful!! Thank you!!
Love The Ordinary products. I haven't tried the first 2 serums you reviewed as I don't have a need for them.
The first cleanser I really like (still using it). The second cleanser, like you, I didn't like either & it left me feeling really dry. The original squalane cleanser is still my favourite & I'm going back to it once I've finished this one.
I'd been using the original moisturiser for a year & I didn't have any issues with it until a few months ago. It wasn't absorbing as well as it used to, even when using less. My skin must have changed or the weather has affected the efficiency because my skincare routine hadn't changed at all. It's Winter here in Australia I so thought for sure it would work better being a dry country. Then I thought I'd try the Beta Glucan & surprisingly I'm loving it. It's quite a cooling & refreshing moisturiser. I'm not having the same issues you are though. With the last moisturiser you have reviewed I'm not going to try. I read about it & after looking at the consistency of you using it I feel it will be too much for my skin. It looks very thick & shiny 🇦🇺💖
I have been using the Glycolipid Cream Cleanser for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it. I've been using their caffeine serum for under my eyes and was considering their eye serum at the store this weekend. I'm glad I decided to go with what was working and didn't waste my money.
The caffeine solution didn’t work for me.
@@Mivie1499 it seems to really help me when I wake up puffy. Have you found something else that works for you?
I use Nava MD tretinoin and everything else I rely on is from The Ordinary! Argireline 10% and Azelaic Acid Suspension 10% are my holy grails!! Looking to add a couple more winners this year!! The Ordinary is so amazing and great value for us regular folks! ❤🎉
they have some great products
My curology tret isnt lightenin my few sun spots!? Azalelic and niacinamide also in my formula. What do u like for fading
@@phillyjilly I was Lucky enough to grab a bunch of tubes of Ambi lightening cream before they reformulated it and took out the hydroquinone! But Azelaic Acid suspension DOES seem to be working for my spots! I don't have too many, though, fortunately.
My experience:
I have combination, sensitive, rosacea-prone skin (types 1 and 4).
TO Aloe 2% NAG 2%: I find this to be very hydrating and my skin has had lessening of my visible pores but I also use this with the Glossier niacinimide serum with zinc (chose this because the niacinimide is only 5% which is a good level for me)
TO Multipeptude Eye Serum I only use it below my eyes and a little under my brows because if I use it on the lid it gets in my eyes and stings. You only need 1/2 drop for both eyes total. I think it's hydrating. When I finish the bottle I'll skip it to see what happens. I do also use the caffeine ecgc serum but all over my face and I love that serum so much. I started using it for red light therapy because of the green tea but my skin loves it so I've purchased many bottles.
TO Glycolipid Cream Cleanser absolutely love. I first use Bioderma Sensibio Micellar Water, then this cleanser. Holy grail for me.
My friend works in the cosmetic industry and he tood me The Ordinary is fairly cheap because they buy their products in bulk. However, they do not always buy from the same suppliers but rather whatever is the cheapest/best deal, which means their quality control isn't the best since certain suppliers have better control of their ingredients/better quality. I remember one time I used their moisturizer and did not like it because it was weird and gritty. Another time I used it and it was way better. I LOVE the Ordinary's serums more than anything.
I absolutely love the glycolipid cream cleanser! It's my fave of their launches. it's so silky, soft in texture, I love the feeling onto my skin! Also love the natural scent it has. I use it in the morning or as a second cleanser. The aloe serum felt really hydrating and easy to absorb - I thought it has a great texture compared to other Ordinary serums which can be more tacky or soapy. However, it didn't do anything in terms of texture/skintone. Glucoside cleanser just okay - foaming but non drying - however didn't feel special in any ways and I don't like the soapy scent. Betaglucan - I just like that it feels super fresh onto the skin and almost soothing, I like it on my body after shower but haven't used much onto my face. The phyto ceramides one - I don't like the feeling of that al all - feels like it's coating the skin with oils - you are right, feels like spf! Also I am prone to acne so not sure it's good for me. Mixing Beta and Phyto somehow works okay - same for mixing them with the classic NMF
Hi dr dray , you're looking absolutely absolutely pretty in all of them 😊❤xx
My favourite ordinary 😊
Yay! Been waiting for this
What did you use for your makeup? It looks great!
Thanks for doing this.
Hi Dr Dray, please let us know about kiehl’s products. Especially their new serum (niacininamide, glycolic acid and hyaluronic acid). What products are suitable for oily sensitive skin?
You have been looking better than ever lately! Is it makeup? Is it this Ordinary product and perhaps you don’t see the change, where I see some change and it’s fabulous?
Hi Dr Dray! I've tried the aloe + nag serum and have hyperpigmentation and some redness from acne. It slightly helped fade my hyperpigmentation and made my skin look glowy. ( I do use a moisturizer with niacinamide) so I don't know if that has helped "boost" the effects of the serum 🤷♀ I enjoy the serum though and for the price, i think it's worth it!
May I ask you which moisturizer with niacinamide are you using?
I've been using the peptide eye serum and have actually noticed a big difference in wrinkles and skin thickness. Used along with the ordinary granactive retinoid and red light therapy daily. I did not notice as much of a difference with the caffeine serum
Well your skin looks great!
That color blue is good on you too. Better lighting ?
I've tried the moisturizers and the glycolipid cleanser. I found the lighter moisturizer pilled and the heavier one was too greasy looking. And I'm someone who regularly puts Vaseline all over my face in the winter. The glycolipid cleanser is amazing. Super gentle. Maybe even more than the hydrating options from cerave, LRP and Cetaphil. I almost never find anything i like from the ordinary so I'm pleasantly surprised that they released this
Yess I love the glycolipid cleanser I really hope they to release a bigger version like 450ml haha! 🤭
I dunno if you've been using it for the last month you are looking really really good. I've been noticing how good you look and thought were you using make up - what ever it is you are looking really good
Happy Monday 🧡🧡🧡
Nice makeup Andrea!
Dr Dray, love your channel and honest appraisal. Could you please find dupes for Sunday Riley skincare products. I really like them but cannot afford since I retired. Thank you.
Natural Moisturizing Factors + PhytoCeramides is my holy grail for my dry mature skin (age 51). Using it in the night. Even better then the original La Roche Posay Cicaplast cream. I need to try the cream cleanser.
Oooo. I was just trying to find a dupe for the cicaplast cuz people said the formulation changed. Now, if Walmart could start selling the ordinary…😅 also interested in the cleanser too!
I need to try the moisturizer+. I have such dry sensitive skin.
@@sonjaforrester9255 same
I have very sensitive skin. Allergies, eczema, and I use tretinoin so all my skincare is dedicated to hydration and barrier support. I absolutely love the foaming cleanser, cream cleanser, and the phytoceramide moisturizer. I was so impressed by the ordinary for these new products. I feel that most of the products I’ve tried from them are oily and tacky but these three are definitely improvements to me personally.
Good to know thanks!!
Holy cow you look beautiful!!! What is your lipgloss? It’s gorgeous!
Thank you for a great explanation. I have very oily skin on my face, but very dry on the chest area, and the Glucoside foaming cleanser and Beta Glucan is great for the oily areas, where the Phytoceramides are great for the dry chest skin. I find that if I reverse these, I can't tolerate the deeply moisturising Phytoceramides on my oily skin, and the gentle moisturisers doesn't do a good job for the dry skin either.
You always review water gel type moisturizers from a perspective of someone who would never use one. I can tell you this beta glucan moisturizer is the best I have ever used for oily skin.
Those peptide /green tea/caffeine eye stuffs are life savers in the morning! (*Haven’t tried the one from the Ordinary)
I tried several products from The Ordinary many years ago and I wasn't really impressed with any of them. I know a lot of people like the brand and their prices are definitely good but they didn't do anything noticeable for me. Ahh well. Thanks for the review, Dr Dray. Happy Monday!! Hope you have a tranquil evening. 💙
Actually living in Europe I realised after few years of constant use of the ordinary, there are far better products in the same price range or at times for lesser price! I think the ordinary used to be good several years ago. After the suicide of the genuinus who created the ordinary, the products lost its quality! I really doubt influencers and dermatologists who still praise the ordinary actually ever used them! This is happening with Paula's choice too! Unfortunately ! Paula's choice quality is becoming questionable and in Europe you do have a lot other options with better pricing.
@@user-zi2bn6oz9fI haven't been impressed by The Ordinary, but I feel that Paula's Choice is only getting better.
@@user-zi2bn6oz9fDo you mind me asking what brands would you recommend in Europe? I'm hoping to take my skincare more seriously and in my country The Ordinary is quite popular and one of the cheapest.
For the longest time, I bought skincare products from a Canadian company called Isomers. They offered, about 15-20 years ago, a lot of the actives used by The Ordinary and many other skincare lines. They tend to be super expensive, though, and I wonder if their formulations are elegant enough to warrant the price tag, or if we should stick to The Inkey List, The Ordinary, Cerave, etc.
You may not have noticed much, however you are glowing and looking generally lovely today, so perhaps it's doing more than you think. Also the blue in the hoodie is definitely your color!
Happy Monday ❤
Morning!
Love from the U.K Dr dray ❤
I use the glycolipid cleanser ( on dry skin as directed by The Ordinary) and the Natural Factors moisturizer with beta glucans...
Love them both a lot ❤❤ as my combination skin does 😅
I love your undereye makeup. What are you using?
I purchased the NMF + Beta Glucan Moisturizer, hoping it would be great for my mostly oily skin, and I think I agree with your assessment of it.
I don't feel like it moisturizes. Rather, it creates a tacky, sticky feeling that I don't like.
Putting sunscreen over it hasn't been an issue (I'm using paula's choice spf 50) as far as pilling goes, but the combination makes me shinier than a donut, and not in a good way. It looks more like I have a thin layer of oil all over my face.
Thank you for this review. I was contemplating purchase of a couple of these. Now I won't waste my money. I use Cereve products bSed on your knowledgeable share. Thank you for it all Dr. Dray. You look so pretty ❤
Thank you. Love you channel
Your makeup looks beautiful. 😃
