I swear by Allan Carr book. Went from smoking 1 pack a day to 4 sticks midway through the book and there were days where I didn't smoke at all. The only thing you must do is to be very very consistent with reading the book and understand where he's coming from. I love this book so much, highly recommend it to anyone wanting to quit ciggies. If you're consistent with the book and don't rush yourself, by the end of reading it, you will be done with ciggies. 3 years and counting, 28 years old this year.
I’m really happy it worked so well for you. I did have someone claim the offer to give away my copy so hopefully it’s working for them too. Never met the guy but Carr’s book has certainly helped a lot of people
@@DrScottBland Thanks Dr Scott. It's honestly a great book and you're doing great passing it around. I keep a few copies to pass it to other folks too
It worked with me once in 2020 through watching rhe DVD version and i found it weird it worked that i actually forced myself to smoke just to prove that its working and ended up relapsing till this very moment i still smoke .
Sir, i would like to know if there are any exercise to help stop craving? How did u read ? Did you read in parts or in one go? Can you elaborate on how you read the book?
Tried every method for 47 yrs including Alan Carr. Nope. Champix for 3 months then they recalled it from the shelves 3 weeks into my quit. I persevered but 2 years later I'm a little fat butterball with a dreadful addiction to sugar. Unnatural addiction to sugar. It's frightening.
No catch, not trying to build an email list with this one, I'm giving away the copy of the book I read and was holding in the video. First person to email me: info@drscottbland.com and say they want the free copy (United States only please) along with a mailing address and I'll send it to you. No cost, no shipping charges, you don't even need to tell me your name. I'll edit this part of the comment out once the book it claimed as I only have one copy. You can quit smoking. I don't care what method you use to quit, I just want you to be free of smoking when you want to be. Hopefully some of these resources can help you.
