- Yes people, what is going on! In this video I will demonstrate and show you a 10-minute quick feet workout for football. The best thing about this workout other than improving your foot speed, is that they also require no equipment to perform. Footballers across all levels are now more athletic than they have ever been due to training methods and sport science. If you’re an attacker, you will need quick feet to move and manipulate the ball past a defender, and if you’re a defender, you will need quick feet to move your body in a position to stop the attacker. Hey Jack, I have been doing your workout for a good while I was wondering if you were planning on making some more different workout routine videos like cardio ones, upper body, lower body and perhaps a video of a warmup, after warm up stretches and perhaps some diet related videos? It would just be cool I think to see what diet you live by if you choose to do so and see new content :)
