The height difference is hilarious. The way jay looks up to him literally when hes talking to him 😭😂😂
Hey please don't judge a book by it's cover
I inhaled ur father
That what I focusing on, J looks so small
for informations he's 6'10 which is 207 cm
@@sidhumessibhakthan2495 I'm not judging anything, I'm.just pointing a funny thing out- there's nothing wrong with that
The main muscles for hip extension are your glutes and upper hamstrings, so it seems that running with speed and good acceleration is really down to those muscles instead of the quads (which usually get emphasized. I know, its counterintuitive). Obviously quads aren't useless because you need them to change direction, slow down, etc., but for speeding up I think its the hamstrings and glutes.
you’re forgetting the hip flexors
It is literally the glutes. Every pro athlete is glute dominant.
So I should train to get bigger hamstrings
@@natedagreat6704 Dont just train to get bigger
I'm pretty sure when pushing down while on your toes, the quads do more of the work than hamstrings, no?
STAY TUNED FOR PART II WHERE WE LEARN HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR TOP SPEED 🔥/Jay
I need Midfielder agility tips and training this will help me in tuning ✌️
How bout adama traore
80th like
Ok
🔥🔥🔥
1. The hip extension: foot to head there is a straight line, transferring all the power you have to the direction you running.
2. The negative step: kneel is going up but the foot is going back, you must have a strong feet and push the body into the stretch position.
3. the foot position: only on the front part of your foot, don´t run in your heels. Front foot, front foot...
4. Stance: focus also in your starting position.
5. Arms don´t have to fly too much, your upper body don´t have to twist too much.
Drill #1: Speed top. Like with everything, repetition is the key.
Drill #2: Hopping/bouncing: work on both sides.
Drill #3: Jump combination: work on control.
Thanks man
Thanks
So, apart from Mbappe, who's the fastest player out there in your book? /Jay
alphonso davies
Walker
Haaland
Adama taroe
18 year messi
These videos are all amazing, allowing us to gain professional insight and coaching that would otherwise be inaccessible. Wish I had discovered them 10 years earlier!

Thank you sir for giving this tutorial since I was genuinely waiting for this type of video thank you so much 😊, may God bless you abundantly.

Thank you so much for the insights. I had come across videos talking of the negative step and hip extension but never understood the principles until now. Thank you!!!!
Another Class video from Unisport 🔥🔥.
I have improved a lot in football for you guys
Thank you very much 🙏🙏
its good to be an og...
i remember that video where the same speed coach was there in a unisport vid helping jay
Speed coach analyzes soccer player Mbappe's acceleration and teaches how to improve hip extension and foot placement for faster running in football. Drills are discussed to improve ball control and acceleration.
[00:00] Speed coach analyzes why a puppy is fast and teaches how to improve acceleration
- Hip extension is key for transferring power in the direction of running
- Placing foot under the body, not in front, avoids a breaking move that slows acceleration
- Top sprinters use a horizontal power position, while football players may need to rotate to start
[02:29] Hip extension and foot position are key to acceleration in sprinting
- Quickly projecting the hip in the direction of movement is crucial for acceleration
- Active and strong feet that push the body into a stretch position are important
- Front foot position is essential for maximum power and speed
- Acceleration is more important than top speed in sprinting
[04:59] Maintaining control of the upper body is crucial for precise kicking in football
- Twisting of the upper body while running affects leg movement and slows down players
- Jumping exercises can improve reactive strength in the feet for better push-off
- The "Speed Top" drill helps imitate hip extension during sprinting by bouncing off both feet and lifting knees alternately
[07:30] Coordination is key to sprinting faster
- Bouncing on the spot can help with coordination
- Lifting knees and tilting forward mimics sprinting
- Repetition helps the body understand the movement
- Hopping and crossing legs over a bar can also improve coordination and hip extension
[10:01] Improving acceleration in football through foot strengthening and jump combinations
- Feet learn to activate quickly and move in both directions
- Jump combinations force feet to push off and maintain high position for hip extension
- Training and practice are crucial for improving acceleration in football
Thank you very much practice makes perfect🤩
I would love to see a race between Mbappe, Vinicius jr, Adama, Walker, Hakimi, Sane, Inaki Williams, Salah
More videos on speed with ball and without ball and stamina 🙏
The Simpsons cuts and musical interludes got me cracking up! 😆
I love all the videos with this coach! It is quality content for every footballer!
Yeah but one thing Mbappe isn‘t the fastest, its either zlatan, harry maquiere or haaland, mbappe is 5‘10 midget he wont be able to outrun those 6‘5 giants
@@jungili3071 i want whatever drugs you are having
@@JonathanRodriguez-nz9nw Bro I‘m 6‘4 and tall= faster, stronger, more agile, better balance, better reach, faster acceleration, higher jump everything lol. Idk why but most of the legends in football are short but its just they are overrated 😂👌 being short is only good for living longer, but what does it bring you anyways
@@jungili3071 I don’t know who told you that lad.😂😂😂
Being shorter literally helps you run faster I get a 6”5 player sprint race a 5”5 player trust me the shorter player would win because being longer would increase your surface area. Whereas being shorter will allow you to move shove yourself forward.
@@jungili3071 the fastest player is Gareth Bale who ran 40 km/h
This video is exactly what I wanted to see after finishing a game thinking I could be a little faster.
Amazing session ❤️
This video is so helpful to the footballers thanks to unisport🙌
fantastisk video, ville elske at se, hvordan man bliver bedre til at lave taklinger, og skulderskub
I am currently a strong skilled dribbler who lacks speed so thanks for this vid
Noted coach:
1. Hip Extension
2. Negative Step
3. Front Foot Run (float heels)
4. No Twisting Hip
Unisport is a good place to meet best footballers, best skilled players and best teachers to guide us how to improve day by day ❤️. And Jay Mike I love you 🥰.

Great info!
Ask a professional goal keeper, When attackers comes 1v1 what is the most difficult thing to do?

Damn, this opened my eyes to the importance of education in football. I thought players just developed these things instinctively but now I can see how much difference education can make

What a video 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Nice video
Every time I watch these videos and still don't get better.
Coach did not mention also Mbappe drives his knees high and keeps a high hip stance. These are fundamentals of effective sprinting for high speed.
Can you explain what a high hip stance is please
24 years on this earth and im just now learning to run the proper way
😂yeah , me included WTH
Thankyou for that i am glad😁😁😁

We can't find one resource to out it all together. Speed, jump, weights, technical and tactical training in an organized scheduler with performance tracking. Just need to fins a way to structure each week.
This was useful canyon crest bring more tricks.. something like this

How much do you have to do this per week and how many repetitions?
How many sets/ reps are we supposed to do?
This is good video for all local players

This makes me curious who would win in a race between the two.
How many times should we do the drills ?
Crazy
Could Haalands running style be analyzed next? Some likes on this comment please.

I like to jump rope a lot which is also really helpful and jumping is equivalent as if you were running a mile
