Great ball mastery workout one of the best on youtube. I do physical workout in the morning I do 10am 1pm training , then come back home rest recover . 10pm I do this workout you can do 3 sets of this. I really recommend it.
Yes. I go to a small academy, sadly the gray was muddy so we had to play in a hall. I done this 3 times every day for a week and now man I can dribble past everyone

You can do this Ball Mastery Workout at home whenever you want to improve your ball control. 10 minutes of intense work and you can do as many rounds as you want!

I'd recommend using either a size 4 or 5, depending on what you play with in a match. Just because that is match realistic, however you will still get benefits from a size one. The patterns of movement are the same!
