I don't usually like standing workouts, but this is a nice choice, with fun and not too intense exercises, so I really appreciate adding it to my schedule! Especially noticing that it is shorter because of a lovely cool down at the end. Thanks! 💗

Terrific workout it had everything - strength, balance, cardio (just made the last in & out squat jumps🥵) & wonderful stretches to which I added a few of my own😊👍🙏 thank you Jacinta only one day to go😊 Also increased weights when I could 1kg, 1.5kg & 2kg for the sumo squats ❤ but not for arm raises!
I definitely achieved all the objectives in this class, including hitting my head with my 2kg dumbbell 🤕😵💫! I really need to work on my legs they feel quite weak 🤔. Thank you Jacinta a super all round class.
Wow! I thought it’s going to be low impact, but after 15 mins in, I was already drenched in sweat! I learned a valuable lesson: never again underestimate your routine before trying it myself 😂 Thanks Jacinta! ❤
Holy cow. I didn't do this yesterday because I felt like all I could do was a side-lying workout, and I was right. This was tough, and I'm glad I got a good night's sleep first.
