Loved this session, thank you. My reformer has 1 yellow band (half), 2 black bands (full) and 1 red band (1.5) so I found it difficult to work it out but I think I got there x

First time doing this just got my reformer at home after taking classes at the studio for a long time. Two questions if I push my carriage back really far like with a good leg stretch it sticks is that just because it’s new or something wrong do you think? Also when I try to use extender I have to takeoff the ankle strap is that normal or am I doing something wrong. Thank you so much can’t wait to do another one of your videos
Hi Cara! I'm not positive what would be causing the sick, but I would try just cleaning the track with a damp cloth to see if that helps. and yes it is normal to take off the ankle strap when using the extender. Please let me know if you have other questions. Glad you enjoyed the workout!
