My skin is the same as the original poster. Inl had bad inflammatory acne for over 14 years. I always looked after my skin but I personally think a change of hormones has finally cleared my skin up after all these years. However, I'm 42 now and dealing with perimenopause symptoms😢@@diopfifi4937

I have to honestly say that since I started watching your videos and absorbing soooo much information 😅😅😅 I stopped wearing foundation, I just want to make clear that you have never tell anyone to stop wearing foundation, that was my decision after learning how to take care of my skin and find what works for my skin issues. You should spray flonase in the center of the nose. It dissoves the septum over time. Spray it angularly away from the septum. (I'm a licensed pharmacy tech in germany btw)

Oh my god i know me too! My skin looks ugly compared to hers. Makes me depressed. I guess i should go to a dermatologist sometime cause im not totally sure what all i should be using for my face to make it look way better. I do some stuff at least so i wash my face once a day, moisturize 2 times a day, exfoliate usually 2 times a week and then ill also use some kind of retinol.

Hi doctor! I don't know if you've ever covered keratosis pilaris. I've had it my entire life on the upper arms, thighs and butt. I know exfoliation works and I used to use a product called Derma Doctor KP. It sort of works, don't get me wrong. I'm just curious what you suggest for care and possible prevention and causes. I'd be honored if you'd do a video on this. I never knew it was an actual dermatological condition until 5 years ago because my mom would always say "ach it's nothing." Let me tell you that it IS INDEED something. I've been ashamed and totally embarrassed about, and I'd appreciate any and all feedback.
I’m 52: I use (in this order) a vitamin C toner, a fermented essence, a licorice root essence, argeriline on my fine lines, a retinol eye cream, a moisturizer, and sunscreen. Makeup: a minimum of brows and mascara since mine are invisible.
I'm almost there!! Soon to be make up free!! I am so excited!!
I genuinely cannot use skincare products with fragrance because of my eczema. It will cause a flare up. I’ll wear perfume, but just on my clothes. Great routine!

I was today years old when I realized you were using some of your own products!! I’ve got to try a few!!
I just used the mask… I’m not sensitive to stuff and I already use a glycolic & lactic acid… but the mask serum made my face feel like super hot & tingly… my face last night was red on my cheeks for a few hours and my face today looks better and a tiny bit softer… for it as rough feeling too… should I continue using or any suggestions???

I used your lip basting tip last night I put camphor ointment on my lips and then the skin food and just before I closed my eyes I sealed it eith Vaseline lip therapy
