So the first child is owed a certain percentage of the father’s income, then the second child, then the third child, etc. So if they lived in the state I do then it wouldn’t matter how many children he has after that one, she will still be owed them same amount and have “priority” if you will.

You have to prove paternity in court to get child support unless the alleged father doesn't contest it.
The fun part is, if he can prove her financials, and she's just decided she's not going to work because getting free money's an option, the judges will NOT be okay with that. They'll make her go back to work. There's nothing keeping her from posting and getting deals like she was doing before she decided to "leave work to pursue this relationship".

@@darkman452 she has a visitor's visa. There's no "pathway to citizenship" on a visitor's visa meaning she cannot get a green card through it. She'd need a qualifying US Citizen, Permanent Resident or employer to petition for her. Fresh sure as hell isn't doing it (and they'd need to get legally married for him to do so) and the kid can't till 21 at least. Not sure if she can get an employer to but she said she's not working and she legally can't work while here on a visitors visa.
