It is a smashing one of a kind guide for discovering a short fat loss workout minus the hard work. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my m8 at very last got great success with it.
For those saying this is TOO difficult: If this is hard for you, check out Emi Wong. She does HITT & tabata workouts for all levels, but she has a lot for beginners- some with no jumping, which is even easier but you still feel it. I started with her last year and now I can do this exercise, others like this and more, I have endurance and can handle harder stuff because of it, and I've even started running. You should also look into breathing meditation as how you breathe while working out makes a HUGE difference in what you can do and for how long. I like the Wim Hoff breathing technique, and it feels very relaxing. Just try to work out a little bit every day or every week and you will get better- I promise! The more you do it the better you do it! I could not do ANYTHING, and now I can and love taking on a challenge. It has really built my confidence up. I wish you the best of luck! You got this!
I really appreciate that you don't try and make this look/sound overly easy. I've watched other videos where they don't even seem to be breaking a sweat. Idk abt y'all but personally, i'd lay and rest for a while after such a workout, and i'd honestly have 0 energy to go to class. Nonetheless, this one could be a perfect afternoon/evening workout, when you dont have plans ahead.
Science says that your brain can focus much better when your body is tired and lakes food because it's entering in survival mode so it will do one specific task with the minimum energy loss by not concerning any other distractions. Do not worry!
esp the lean back I mean im not quite beginner but not intermediate yet and that shit i cant do the lean back you need very good muscles to be able to do that!
If you don't lean back as far as her, don't move as fast as her and go your own personal speed then you will still get the same workout. Don't push yourself at her speed so hard that you are ready to pass out. Just go as far as your own fitness level and I promise you will see results!
i have asthma and it was really hard for me at the beggining, dont push yourself too much, and in a few weeks/months youll notice your body is way stronger than before and youll be able to do the excercises a little bit faster and better(:
I used to love working out and did it just about every single day. I haven't worked out for a long time and I am having so much trouble mentally just getting started. It seems like I get up do this do that do that do this and all of a sudden it's the evening. taking care of both my disabled parents and my dogs and my house and myself busy busy.
Tomorrow is always a new day to start. We all have priorities in life and I admire your love towards your parents. But don't forget to look after yourself too. If you are feeling good, you'll be at a better state to look after everyone else around you. =) Only 15 mins in the morning, make that YOUR time for YOURSELF. xx

I live in Malaysia. It's summer every day, haha! I totally understand how you feel. Yes, it can be tougher, but that means you'll also be burning more. Always remember when you workout, pace your breathing, it really helps to improve your performance. =)

GUYS So first I would like to say this is definitely not a workout you can accomplish if you are a beginner but definitely come back to this one week after you’ve started. The first time I tried this I could not even get through the first three exercises let alone the damn groiners. However, now I do this workout every single morning along with 100 weight exercises. This workout honestly has changed my life. I can see a beautiful improvement in my physical strength and mentally too. I haven’t been doing it for two weeks now due to personal reasons but trust me when I say if you do this regularly you will be so much happier. Good luck and I believe in you!! 💕
Madhu Dahiya i did loose weight but that wasn’t rlly my goal. Im happy with the way I look and don’t have too much fat. I’m 5’4 and weigh 105.8 lbs but I did end up loosing up about six pounds. So yea I’d say it’s beneficial as long as you properly research and maintain a calorie deficit. For me I stuck to 1200 calories a day

She has beginner workouts for overweight / low impact... over weight wouldn’t be considered beginner it’s lower, if the low impact is still too mich for you try walking first and then lose maybe 10 pounds and then try this. You can do it, your body just needs an introduction first... introduction to exercise, then try beginner (:
I will be making a log if anyone is interested in my journey! Note: I am 14 years old turning 15 in a couple of months. I have experience with exercise, I’ve been in track but that was a couple months ago, and during quarantine I started eating a lot more. I weigh 122 lbs, many people say I can’t complain about my weight but I’m not comfortable in my own skin. So, I’m doing this for me. Day 1: ✅ I was very tired and shaking but it felt good to exercise again.

Sheila same, I have bad knees myself and currently I have a knee injury, but every workout involves putting some type of strain on the knees : , ( I need workouts too that dont involve too much strain on the knees
my knee dislocates randomly (I could have a operation to fix it but that would take min 6 months recovery its out of the question at the moment! But her 30 min beginner low impact workout is good and thats whatr I started with 6 months ago I couldnt do toe push ups then but I can do 20 consecutive pushups now I am still obese but I have lost 12kg so far and have about 40kg more to lose :)

I gave up on dolphin plank as i was sweating so badly that hands slipped and i fell on the ground but this workout is sooo amazing. I have never sweat so badly.
At the first two days i couldn't really keep up, only did one or one and half of it. now it's the fifth day (or sixth, can't remember), i can keep up with the video now! Feel good after sweat so much. Let's what happens after two weeks!

I’m going to try this exercise each day in the morning, here are the updates! Day 1: I’m tired but I’m very motivated Day 2: Much more harder, but still got it done and over with. Day 3: I didn’t do it this day (Lmao) Day 4: I did the workout today but it was very hard this day, I somewhat see a little formation though. Day 5: Probably the most hardest day for me, I was so close to giving up on the third to last workout.
This has been the best workout for me. The more and more I try, the more I can do them well. Been doing alternate days and I can already feel the difference. Less time but very effective. And not boring. I sweated a lot !! Thengs so much 💜

I'm only a beginner with exercise so, seeing the title, I thought this would be a good step up from my current gentle exercise routine. Immediately pulled a muscle and now cannot even complete my normal routine, even after doing my morning yoga routine just before this. You should start this video with a warm up or at least tell the person to warm up first. It definitely shouldn't go straight into those fast paced exercises. I'm sure the workout is great but I couldn't complete it. It may seem obvious to some to warm up first but this video started with "do it in your pyjamas", is titled "beginner", and my previous workout was more of a stretch/strength workout that didn't need a warm up. This is the kind of target audience you get in a beginner video so PLEASE tell people to stretch first.
Why are some people complaining it's not for beginners because it's too fast n too strenuous.. well she's not a beginner and so she can be fast, do it at ur own pace till u get good enough to match up to her speed. I am a beginner n I love it

If it's only for 15 mins and you feel find, you can do the workout and then have proper breakfast after. But if you feel dizzy, then have a banana before the workout, that's good enough to give you energy for a short workout. =)

Joanna this isnt beginner's workout for overweight people like me...maybe so for slimmer ladies..hope u can formulate a workout for overweight beginners..thanks
cut down on the hard parts, then slowly add them back in, it'll work eventually, and stop making excuses, even if you're overweight, try your best

She has beginner workouts for overweight / low impact... over weight wouldn’t be considered beginner it’s lower, if the low impact is still too mich for you try walking first and then lose maybe 10 pounds and then try this. You can do it, your body just needs an introduction first... introduction to exercise, then try beginner (:

Sheila same, I have bad knees myself and currently I have a knee injury, but every workout involves putting some type of strain on the knees : , ( I need workouts too that dont involve too much strain on the knees
my knee dislocates randomly (I could have a operation to fix it but that would take min 6 months recovery its out of the question at the moment! But her 30 min beginner low impact workout is good and thats whatr I started with 6 months ago I couldnt do toe push ups then but I can do 20 consecutive pushups now I am still obese but I have lost 12kg so far and have about 40kg more to lose :)

Eunyoung Kim I'm just do the 15minute workout for 4months after loss my weight 19kgs. before that i do the 30minute workout & control my eating habit..and the other things i do is as housewife..it's helped me keep workout even if i'm busy as a mom.

This is so difficult and I'm sweating everywhere. I need to get in shape for hockey season because we do the exact same excercises but for hours so hopefully this helps.

Day 2: Much more harder, but still got it done and over with.
Day 3: I didn’t do it this day (Lmao)
Day 4: I did the workout today but it was very hard this day, I somewhat see a little formation though.
Day 5: Probably the most hardest day for me, I was so close to giving up on the third to last workout.

I'm only a beginner with exercise so, seeing the title, I thought this would be a good step up from my current gentle exercise routine. Immediately pulled a muscle and now cannot even complete my normal routine, even after doing my morning yoga routine just before this. You should start this video with a warm up or at least tell the person to warm up first. It definitely shouldn't go straight into those fast paced exercises. I'm sure the workout is great but I couldn't complete it.
It may seem obvious to some to warm up first but this video started with "do it in your pyjamas", is titled "beginner", and my previous workout was more of a stretch/strength workout that didn't need a warm up. This is the kind of target audience you get in a beginner video so PLEASE tell people to stretch first.
Why are some people complaining it's not for beginners because it's too fast n too strenuous.. well she's not a beginner and so she can be fast, do it at ur own pace till u get good enough to match up to her speed. I am a beginner n I love it

Great!! Just one question: do you recommend to eat or drink something before doing it or it's better having breakfast after it?
If it's only for 15 mins and you feel find, you can do the workout and then have proper breakfast after. But if you feel dizzy, then have a banana before the workout, that's good enough to give you energy for a short workout. =)
