    First time doing this (skipped the jumping so I didn’t wake my family up I wake up early I used modified exercises) this kicked my butt. I will continue to use this in the future

    This is the first morning exercise for the morning, wow, I didn't know how much sweat my body is producing, maybe I don't need a shower now 😂😂😂🙈 heart still racing, oh what have I let myself into when I said I will do.     I'm doing workouts before school daily at morning but today is a vacation day since our exam is finished...I daily do half of this workout bcz it was less effective I today did this full and found my self sweaty.... Do this workout full this is really fun and effective ❤️👌🤤🌹

    To burn a little more calories, add an active rest. Like jogging in place or walking.

    Doing it before taking a bath to go to work, although skipping the ones that need for me to lie down or lay to the ground, dang this hurts my muscles in a good way!!
