Avoid negative self-talk before sleep.
I have tried pillow technique while working in shift duty, where morning getup timings were not uniform , and I didn' had a clock. It was early 1980's when mobile phone was not there, nor I had a clock. So I used to tell my pillow " please wake me up at 4 AM". Surprisingly it worked. My colleagues were astonished to see that I always reached my morning duty in time, where as people using alarms were late quiet often. It is very scientific formula. Till date, I follow the same technique to catch a train or flight early morning. Thanks for sharing useful tips for this generation which is living a casual lifestyle
