I definitely under eat and sleep horribly! This video was so helpful thank you 🥺
these are the main two things that i fix with my clients. no need to diet when your not sleeping right and you eat shitty food. Switch the food to single ingredient foods. Eat a good amount of protein. and sleep 7-9hrs per night. that will start you in the right direction.
@@chelleywest Thank you so much! Since watching this I downloaded Cronometer and have incorporated way more protein into my diet (yogurt, eggs, etc). I'm already feeling much better! Still working on the sleep since I have a bad case of RLS.

Gues my problem is a poor diet maybe I dont eat inaugh protein and stuff.. vegetarian 😅

Hey Ach, it might not be a poor diet. I could be fine, but yes to be able to build muscle properly you must get in that protein. If you are a vegetarian , you definitely have to try harder. But it is possible! 💪🏾💪🏾 you got this!
You should try lifting some weights!
