    It’s always like a breath of fresh air when truth tellers and authentic people post great content like this. It’s a shame that no BS content is so far and few in between, and swindlers try to sell nonsense. But trainers like you are a true beacon. Your channel deserves to blow up big.

    such a good video, thanks!! you hit on the basics! and when I first became a trainer i definitely thought i was doing the things wrong because of the other trainers i would see not focusing on these simple but not easy things, so helpful to have it all laid out like you did!

      these are the main two things that i fix with my clients. no need to diet when your not sleeping right and you eat shitty food. Switch the food to single ingredient foods. Eat a good amount of protein. and sleep 7-9hrs per night. that will start you in the right direction.

      @@chelleywest Thank you so much! Since watching this I downloaded Cronometer and have incorporated way more protein into my diet (yogurt, eggs, etc). I'm already feeling much better! Still working on the sleep since I have a bad case of RLS.

    Gues my problem is a poor diet maybe I dont eat inaugh protein and stuff.. vegetarian 😅
    I am doing Yoga every morning and my muscles are pretty strong but still not seeing the results that I would love to see, thank you🔥🙏💯

      Hey Ach, it might not be a poor diet. I could be fine, but yes to be able to build muscle properly you must get in that protein. If you are a vegetarian , you definitely have to try harder. But it is possible! 💪🏾💪🏾 you got this!
      You should try lifting some weights!
