Your drain line needs to enter the home's drain pipe above the water level in the washing machine or the water will siphon out as fast as it comes in. Also the drain should not insert into the home's drain pipe so that it is lower than the water level in the washer or you will have the same problem. Hope that helps! Thanks for the question!
