I would like to make an honest comment. I used to follow Lilly Sabri long time ago from the time she had newly started her youtube channel. When she started to post like 5min/10min workouts, I immediately unfollowed her because we all know for a fact that they are just to draw many more new subscribers. Yes, those youtubers have millions of followers but I doubt about the workouts effectiveness. Right now, to be honest I only follow you Jacinta and Heather Robertson, because your workouts not only feel effective but also help me to dedicate more to your precious work since they feel more professional. I hope you don't switch your path to do the same thing as others. Your channel is really successful and beneficial as it is❤❤Thank you😊

You don’t need to worry as I like to add minis every now and then as an add on post longer workout. I still enjoy filing the long workouts for you.

A mini is good if you are unmotivated and you just want a little bit or to stack many together for a full workout. Or for a more focused quick burn 🔥

I love this low-impact hourglass flow! There are a variety of full body toning exercises, even using a small cute pillow instead of a ball or nothing at all. And for me, it's also a perfect warm-up before a longer and harder workout! Thank you Jacinta! 🩵🩵🩵

Wow that really ‘got in there’ ; short but effective! ... I like variation of having short classes in the mix. Often I just don’t have time for a longer session. But if I want to do more that day I know you have an extensive back catalogue/playlist with other short or longer classes that I can add on. I have my own favourites saved to meet my needs for any particular day. ❤

Small ball with big results 😊. Thank you Jacinta 10 minutes was perfect for me this morning. This also one that could be done as a circuit and repeated if you fancied more or added to other 10 minute or longer workouts depending on your time frame. Ball exercises for me a big 😊👍 ✔️
