  • This core and abs focused workout will have your abs connecting deep! This is a cue heavy 12 min Pilates class for your core that will have you perfecting your technique and form so you can get the best results to transform your core strength and waistline. You will need a Pilates ball for this workout or you could roll up a towel or use a cushion in replacement.

    Wow I just love the Pilates ball! Your hair is on point too, I think it needs to be your go to style. I have one recommendation please don’t take it the wrong way…I never liked cuts in workout videos, I would not watch workout videos with cuts when I started working out because it felt like they were hiding a recovery. I know it’s not the case with you and I’ll continue to watch however you choose to record/edit

      Thanks for the hair compliment - I had it styled from the hairdresser few days before this haha I need a hair professional for everyday I think.
      I understand what you mean and I’ve been wanting to change the way of editing to make it work for the transition of showing resting time so stay tuned. I appreciate the feedback actually!
