This video is so well done, so aesthetically pleasing and your voice is just a dream to listen to!! ❤ Well done and thank you! I’ll be sure to try this recipe 😊
Thank you for this excellent recipe and beautifully curated video. A quick question is coconut sugar a mixture or something you can buy from the supermarket? PS hello from Australia
Thank you for your kind comment! If you can’t find it in supermarkets, I’m sure you can find it online or a health food store :) if not, you can try using honey and let me know how it came out! 🫶🏻
Hi there, you can try plant-based yogurt or coconut cream if you don’t mind the coconut taste! Please keep in mind that the texture might be different, if you do try it please come back and let me know how it went! 🥰
Hello! Replacing the butter with any neutral oil should be okay. If using olive oil, maybe use extra light olive oil instead of extra virgin olive oil so the taste isn't too strong :)
@@FlabifoodieSo I was able to make the bread yesterday and it was so delicious. The only issue was my bread didn’t raise as high as yours. Should I use one loaf pan next time?
@@lisafisher4812aww I’m glad you enjoyed it! Yes the height of the loaf pan itself matters, mine was pretty tall to begin with :) Maybe you can try using a narrower pan next time? Or if you want to use one pan only, just be careful to not overfill it (3/4 of the pan maximum) so it doesn’t explode 😅 Let me know how it goes! 🤍

Can you replace the butter for olive oil or maple syrup?

I want to try this recipe today , but did not find any coconut sugar. Can I use regular raw sugar?
Hello! Yes raw sugar will be fine, I’ve made this with just brown sugar and it works well too 🥰
