Mas a Europa não tem esta classificação e todas as farinhas contêm tanta proteína como a farinha de pão.Utilizo um teor de proteínas de 10 g a 11 g por 100 g de farinha.
The bread I baked turned out strange inside. I'm not sure what happened, but I took the bananas out of the freezer without letting them thaw to room temperature. Could this factor have affected it?
the bananas should be in the room temperature. if your batter is thicker/ used a thicker kind of mold, bake at lower temperature but longer time. sorry for my bad english 😅

粉を薄力粉に変えて、油脂を米油とバター半々で、余ってたチョコチップ入れて、上に粉砂糖のシロップみたいな白いやつかけてつくりました。とても美味しかったです😊バナナ余ったらまた作ろうと思います❤
