    Recipe and ingredients:
    3/4 cup lentils 160 g.
    grind in a coffee grinder.
    where are you from?
    write in the comments.
    I really love greetings from different countries.
    1 glass of water.
    mix well.
    1 tablespoon olive oil.
    2 eggs.
    Salt.
    mix well.
    1 teaspoon of soda.
    1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
    40 g psyllium seeds.
    mix well.
    Let it soak for 10-15 minutes.
    30 g pumpkin seeds.
    30 g sunflower seeds.
    fry in a frying pan.
    the dough is swollen.
    mix well.
    Grease the baking pan with vegetable oil.
    I lay out the dough pan.
    I grease the top with a little vegetable oil.
    make an incision.
    some sesame.
    Bake for 50-60 minutes at 180°C.
    the bread is ready!
    wonderful bread form!
    Bon appetit!
    very tasty and healthy!
    This bread has very tasty crackers that are simply cut and dried in the oven.

      Hunt around for organic red lentils...they are available..also I would break the pumpkin seeds up to let out the oils...
      Also for us oldies ..big seeds are a pain....literally...🌏🦘

      I'm sure the green or yellow lentils will work just as well as red ones. Probably find you can add all sorts of other things to the mix aside from pumpkin and sunflower seeds (like chia, flax, and for a nice spicy twist - some Nigella and/or onion seeds too).
      Treat this like your basic go-to recipe and let your imagination experiment, sounds like lots of other people have various additional ideas already. 😊

      I’m watching from Charlottetown Prince Edward Island Canada. I’m very excited to try this recipe. What if you wanted to use canned green lentils? How would you change the recipe? I would want to do that because that would decrease the lectins in the lentils. It’s 9:30 pm here.

    I followed the recipe except added 1 cup lentil flour instead of grinding 3/4 cup lentils. Added 1 cup oats because the mixture was too wet. Added 1tbs baking powder and replaced psyllium with 2 1/2 tbs chia seed and 2 1/2 tbs flax seed as I don’t have psyllium. Resulting mixture still not as firm but baked and it came out ok and tasted very nice.

    How lovely of you to share. Am definitely going to make bread this week! Love the added crunch of seeds.
    Use both pumpkin and sunflower seeds daily. I do have a question…. I would love to make this for an elderly, diabetic in nursing home with very few teeth. Would I have to make adjustments to other ingredients ie water if I were to toast the seeds, as described, but then process in blender…adding to batter?

      Actually the seeds won’t stay raw for long - they’re about to be baked. For ease of eating I would definitely give them a little blitz or chop first 😊

      I think if you blend them to a paste it's likely to affect the consistency, but in the video it's a very stiff mixture, so maybe it would be ok to try that.

      I looked it up today. It's five onces. I made another bread recipe and used it as the measure of a glass of water. The bread came out great. Good luck

    Looks very beautiful. Please, do not FRY any natural seeds you put in as ingredients. Reason: Frying or heating of any kind changes the natural oil structure making it carcinogen. Eat natural seeds raw, soaked in water for 30 min. And never heat them up.

    1 glass is different from a glass to glass
    Can we use 1 measuring cup or just add until it socks !!

      I think she used the same glass for the water as for the Lentils, but it was fuller, and the Lentils are ¾ Cup. I'm just guessing 🙂
      I thought she used way too much salt. I would only use maybe half tsp

      I soak them, then use an immersion blender to kind of puree them...

    Wow great recipe! I just calculated that the ‘lentils’ used for the flour would have 18 carbs for the 3/4 cup - so as long as you calculate any other carbs for this recipe (ie seeds or nuts) I think this would be fine on a keto diet as you won’t be eating the whole loaf of bread. I am going to try this.

    Hi I'm from Australia and have used some of your recipes before. Only recently having been on Keto diet for diabetes for years I thought it would be nice to have a change and use lentils. I was thrilled to find I could buy bio dynamic . I think soaking the lentils probably a good idea if bloating is a problem but can't say for certain.       For one egg you can use ½ banana instead. So 1 banana for this bread! Lot's of fun! 😊

      Soda in this recipe refers to bicarbonate of soda or sodium bicarbonate.

    The bread loaf looks amazing and delicious, a work of art! 😍 I must try this recipe although I WILL soak the lentils thoroughly. Also I must use something else as a substitute for psyllium seed which I cannot tolerate. 🙃
