It always makes me respect a band a little more when you can tell they're tired as fuck from being on the road for months, yet they're still polite, patient, and even engaging with all the questions.

This is a cool interview. For those of you who are younger: Although they have fallen off, when Korn started out, they were one of a kind. Tuned super low and with a hip hop influence, Korn represented a totality of all our influences in the 90's. We grew up on Metallica and NWA, Pantera and Ice Cube..so when this shit came out, it blew our minds. Nu-Metal is a joke now, but it paved the way for a shit-ton of what everyone listens to now and definitely a deserves chapter in the book of all important music.

I was a bad kid in elementary school and was at the principles office all the time and rays mom was the principal. she really liked me and most of the time she would just talk to me like a friend and tell me I was a good kid. she had a picture of him playing drums on the wall. funny thing is all the kids made her out to be mean but I thought she was great. I'm sure if she heard my name she'd remember me I was in her office once a week for fights, playing with my food, tripping people just being a jack off lol good times. it just blows my mind this dude came from this area it's almost as good as the fact that zao is from greensburg and the guitarist worked at my local cash n culture on off tour dates.

I had the same accident, except it was with a stationary bycicle, lost the tip of my index finger on my right hand, I started playing the guitar a few years later, of course I grew up listening to Korn
So Munky from Korn, and Stephen from Deftones both picked up guitar to rehab from an injury? Two of the best guitarists from the age of Nu metal. That's awesome lol

Ray must take his job very seriously, even painting his eyes and using that hilarious haircut. He never did it before with Army Of Anyone or solo, so I guess the band must have asked him to adapt to that style.

Korn has not falling off sure they have some albums that aren’t as great as others but to claim they fell off completely is idiotic to say. Listen to their last 2 albums or even their latest album album people if you think they fell off.

Their new albums have definitely been amazing and really hard more aggressive and heavy and amazing ❤❤❤ their old music was different like clown fa4et blind did my time etc were amazing then of course their are some album of their that didn't do well but Korn will always have a place in my heart and I'm really glad Brian came back

Yep, he lost part of it from when he was sneaking out to go to a keg party, he got his finger caught in the chain of his 3-wheeler. He planned to drive the 3 wheeler to Oildale from Bakerfield, they would have keg parties out in the middle of nowhere in the fields near Oildale.

Ray is better technically. But David was a better drummer for Korn, not even Ray can duplicate David's groove.
