  • I do a little demo of my 5 favorite Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Exercises in this video. Easy to teach and can all be done at home. When treating CTS, think outside the box and look for all other contributors.

    Sir while elevating your elbows at around 1:08 in the video, your left elbows elevates more as compared to the right one. What could have been the reason for that? Tightness in wrist flexors 🤔
