  • In this video "7 Simple Lumbar Spinal Stenosis Exercises" I show you "why" you should try exercise for spinal stenosis and how to perform them correctly.
    1. Single knee to chest and double knee to chest stretches.
    2. Hip flexor stretch.
    3. Posterior pelvic tilt.
    4. Posterior pelvic tilt with a single and double 90 degree hold.
    5. Partial sit up (crunch).
    6. Bridge with abdominal bracing.
    7. Bird dog exercise.

    These are great, thank you. I have c5 and c7 nerve compression and would love to see some exercises to help. I have weakness in my wrist /forearm, most notable when I try to lift a saucepan of water on the stove top. I need to swap hands or use my right hand for support. Thank you, I'm enjoying your videos.

    I’m having severe pain! When I roll my hips fwd, there’s a TON of lower back pressure always.
    I tried the exercise w/ leg hanging off table and my lower back popped immediately. I’m going to do all these once pain is down but I can hardly walk. I’d rather be in labor w/ my kids than go through this!
