    7. READİNG - The habit of reading good books, especially the books that help you grow and help you understand yourself and others, can absolutely transform your life! İt also gives you a deep sense of progress, knowing that you are learning something every day. Plus, depending on the books you read, you get to understand a lot about yourself, why you do what you do, how you can change a lot of things, how to deal with others and with life, how to process your thoughts and emotions ( btw İ recently did an animated video on How to release your trapped emotions). Life can be confusing at times, reading good books can help a lot in makes sense of things :)

I love how she speaks about meditation as an all good thing. ^_^
Well at the end it is of course but it can be hard work... especially when someone relives traumas in meditative state over and over again such as myself. It is hard... and for me it's not always a relieve, but just another factor for additional stress. Yet again, it's worth it so if YOU experience anything like me, don't give up. It'll be better with every day and eventually you'll be able to understand the whys and hows.
Anyway, it's new year, everyone is lying to themselves and I am going to change my life for the better sooooo... I'm going to move into a house as I feel like working in a toxic box, I'll let go of a bunch of old stuff and I'll get at least one more close friends this year.
Let's see how it goes. :)
Happy new year and all the best for all of you!

Ever since i stumbled across this channel late last year, i've been on a road of self discovery and understanding. Combining the knowlege i learn here with the 'kaizen' mentality has helped me change my outlook on daily challenges and given me direction on how to help others that i interact with on a daily basis. I'm happy that i took the chance to watch one of your videos and i even shared your content with my boss and directors so that we can all benefit and help others to benefit from the awareness and knowledge that you bring.
Thank you so much for all that you do. You've helped change my perception on life and i will contine do my best. My operator says we are not in the "fast food" business, we are in the "people" business. To give our guests the best experience and change their lives for the better is our purpose and what we stand for.
Again, thank you so much! God bless you and happy new year!

As many of us do, I have ADD. Growing up, my older brother and I tried to wrestle with it and control it. In my mid-30's now, I find it like an over packed suitcase springing open under pressure of a rusted latch.
Luckily, I work for myself surrounded by co-workers that support me. So I can attest taking time to work on yourself first contributes towards a bigger day.
Despite the 80/20 Rule, your Efforts will have you feeling better than you might imagine.
One day at a time. One task at a time....

Something you see so minor to change in your life can actually change your life significantly.
I love the animation picture of the Wishing Tablets for it number. Even if your wish seems impossible, it's just because you don't believe you're capable of accomplishing it.
I wish more countries have a tradition like that, but that's a tall order because it's a country, although, it's not impossible; Just like I said, I don't believe that I'm capable of such a wish.
Really can't say that when my wish of helping you guys came true. 😁

Sounds a bit ridiculous, but I've found it most meditative to ride my motorcycle... I've picked up some winter-gear, so I don't freeze to death doing it, and moving forward (for 2022)... I hope to make that more of a habit than it has been instead of living on the excuses that "It's too cold to ride today."
Yeah, I'm a little bit weird... It's okay. I'm good with it. Riding forces me to focus on the here and now, rather than ruminate on whatever else... If I'm ever not focused here and now on a moving motorcycle, I'm going to be in serious trouble... shortly. That'll definitely teach you to wrestle control of your mind and be able to remove the "useless monkey chatter"... BUT for some, it might be a bit "advanced", so build up to things like this... ;o)

I have a playlist it’s of videos to help me through the year! However, this is quite hard because I have a stutter and it’s hard to talk publicly to anyone. People say things to me such as, “ spit it out “ and “ we don’t have all day,” It’s hard for people to think of you as a good person and to like you. Since everyone mostly hates you and i don’t have many friends at all. And I can’t try to be too confident or too shy! I’d love if you could help but love ur vids!

Hey, I'm not some kind of pro or anything, but just know that I hope you're okay
Sometimes things change in life, and even if it doesn't seem to, it might be for the better. Maybe you'll realize that some day, even though it's hard now
I think what you have to do depends on the relationship between you and the person you mentioned
Do you think it's worth for you to fight to get her/him back? Or to spend your energy trying to talk to her/him to get an explanation? Doing this will more hurt you or make you feel better? And would this person do the same for you?
I hope this helped you a little bit :))
Have a great day, and remember, nothing happens by accident, sometimes it's just meant to be
Ps : I'm French, so I hope you understand what I say 😅

Peoples should speak when necessary keeping quiet when being bully is not a good idea so we just shout back and scold them some time demanding can work too no body will let others bully them.

I began to be reproductive and do some of these things. I also took some time from screen to reading self help books. I hope I can do my exercises again. Let's create the best version of ourself this 2022

    Dear Psych2Goers!
Haha sorry. I just wanted to give a lil bit of feedback, could you guys end these kind of vids with a list of the named habits summed up at the end of the vid as a sort of recab? And to take it in one more time!
Thanks for all the insightful vids you guys create, love 'em everyday♥️
