The writing down 3 things you're grateful for is the easiest one to start with, and it's definitely changed my life in terms of giving me a stronger mental foundation for positive thoughts and positive thinking. The best part about it, you don't even need to believe in it to work, you just have to write 3 sentences every day and just do the work.
very useful. yep you are right about your skin; if I am stressed, it looks tired and old. When I am excited about life and motivated, it can be radiant. Very hard to motivate yourself when you are nearly 65, and have a broken leg, but I am still alive. Have a great dayx
You said it all for me! I easily get irritated whenever my things are cluttered, so even when I'm super tired, I try to clean up and it makes a big difference!
Glad you enjoy it! Amanda has the best voice here on our channel. I'm so happy to hear our videos are comforting you and helping you out. It's our mission to make a positive change in others' lives. - Cindy 💕
This is my favourite channel on UA-cam! As an aspiring psychologist, I love how simple and digestible your videos are. Thank for you all that you do and for making mental health and psychology accessible to everyone. 🧡 P.S. I want to spread more awareness around mental health on my channel in the future and your videos inspire me so so much!
My morning routine: wake up, watch youtube, eat food, watch youtube, have class while watching youtube Evening routine: eat food, watch youtube, go to bed, watch youtube
Thanks for this. I'm 71, never too old to learn something new. I'm ADHD and struggle with Executive Disfunction, but I think this new way of doing things will help. I hope so, as I've been at a stand-still for 3 weeks now.
It's okay to feel like not doing anything Recharging is necessary but don't forget to get started over and over again after every recharge ! It's okay and you can improve Maybe you are already improving yourself when you first decided to watch this video! So keep going! You got this!!
The point about taking care of your skin is 100 true. I have so many acne scars on my face and because of that sometimes I want to disappear. I don't even want my parents or siblings to look at me. if someone looks at me for a while I immediately become nervous. Sometimes I lose all of my confidence, and sometimes I'll like what's the big deal about it. "My face turning like this is not my fault. I don't care what they will think or they will say" saying all of these stuff to myself and then meeting everyone. I like to take selfies. I take some selfies once in a while. but i didn't turn on my camera for a whole year or I didn't even meet someone. i refuse to go anywhere making excuses that I'm busy..................................... But the problem is that I don't know what to do with my skin.
Thank you for this video. A lot of the suggestions you've made are things I've already been implementing over last year. I've finally been diagnosed with bi-polar and a lot of what's been suggested is exactly what's been recommended to me as far as managing my illness. There are some other stuff involved, but simple things like creating a daily routine, prioritizing to-do lists, and exercising gratitude have greatly improved a lot of my overall well-being. This video has been validating for me, it letting me know I'm on the right track. Thank you, your channel is doing something awesome.
Believe it or not, I do most of these, and --first of all-- I'm grateful for my family, every single day, so I don't even need to write it down. I've been getting treatment for atypical depression for almost two years already. So I feel intuitively what works well. Your hints are really helpful.
I love that you talk about implementing these slowly. It helps me realize that Implementing a new habit even once or twice a week ... It helps even if it's not daily.
My routine involves with my weight loss. I have an app called loose it and it forces me to record all the food I consume and tells me the quantity that I should eat. It is very motivating, it makes me appreciate food more and in 3 months I already lost 6 kgs. It’s not a lot but at least it’s something!!! ☺️
Thank you for this post. I was trying to change my morning and evening routine, but I failed. I plan to start implementing this weekend. I received my bachelor's degree in August 2021 and now I seem to be deflated. I agree that habits have to be developed over time and cannot be rushed. But, I plan to start each tomorrow and do it everyday. For me, I have to get out of my lazy routine and accomplish what I need to get done.
For the 80/20 Pareto principle, it also means that 80% is done in the first 20% of the time, and the remaining 20% of the task is what takes 80% of the time Thus, don't feel bad about leaving something imperfect. It takes 4x more time to go from 80 to 100 than what it took to go from 0 to 80 When talking about tasks that take the same amount of time, it also means that with 100% of your time for one task you can either do it to completion, or complete 5 tasks to 80% For example, if you have an hour, and 5 rooms to clean that each take an hour, you can clean one room to 100% and feel like you're stagnating after 12 minutes, or you can spend 12 minutes in each room and clean them all to 80%, and end up feeling like you've done so much in an hour
don't be insecure about yourself. never :) imagine yourself as a flower, who wants to be a butterfly, dreams about it almost every day. those beautiful wings, fluttering around, wherever they want. but, instead of comparing yourself with that butterfly, look at yourself. look at those beautiful luscious petals, you give life to so many other creatures. Your alluring fragrance. the butterfly's beauty is enhanced, when it sits on you. love the way you are, embrace you beauty and your flaws, and you'll be invincible.
I always feel stagnant and lost every January on winter days, and it effects my studies and health a lot, so this was super helpful! I just washed my face after you said it affects our mood too
I have to say that i really loved this video especially in a time like this where there's a lot of content on depression to the point that it gets into our heads. It's good to hear something that helps us be better and loving towards ourselves❤️... I really loved it... Amazing👏💕
I feel like I'm failing terribly at myself.. so I'm trying my best to not lose it. I'm desperate to try anything. Difficult part is noticing all the bad habits you've mentioned that I've been stuck in that have become ruts.. I really want to apply all that you mentioned in the video. I want to start slowly today. So far i will start with the 10 minute to do list. I'm just tired of feeling this way.. I'm not sure what happened to me, but I'm just tired of this feeling of nothingness and getting nowhere with myself
I will start my daily routine tomorrow after weeks of planning. I am going to make sure this time it will work, I promised myself to not be my own enemy in 2021 :) Wishing everyone to feel better this year! We got this :D
I’m so grateful I found this channel it has been so helpful for me and how to deal with my mental health effectively . Please never stop making videos 💜
This is so sweet ♥ thank you! I'm already practicing taking care of my skin and cleaning and organizing each day a little. Yes, I had to start each one at once and build it in a routine. Now I will try out writing gratitude. Then I'll try the rest. A good routine is what I seek. But yet it's a challenge. Thank you very much!
I love that there are different animators, it feels like more then one person really likes us learning this stuff, also its fun to see all the little Easter eggs in them like Dream, Among Us, or whatever else they use, I love it!
I must confirm that those things are right and it took me 6 years to completely see the result. I was a bit unfortunate to not have a chance to watch this video 6 years ago but I'm glad that I've positively changed. good things take time
I'm glad I already do these things! Honestly, if this video was seen by my a year ago self, I wouldn't have been saying the same. These surely do improve your lifestyle, promotes positivity.
I would say meditation has got to be one of the most important habits, it has personally helped me so much! I have a much more clear mind now and I get the feeling that I can organize my thoughts better :) also made a video about it on my channel!
I really like to practice internal silence. It allows you to detach from your emotions and the typically overreactive nature of it. By doing so, it makes it easier to solve ones problems objectively by giving clarity to your mind.
idk but I'm kinda getting teary-eyed just imagining that I can still become a better person. I've been isolating myself from everyone because I feel ashamed and worthless for being unable to pass my thesis. I tried planning on doing these things for a long time now but I always failed. Hoping that I'll fully muster my courage now and really become intentional with taking care of myself.
I enjoy finalizing what to wear the night before the next day. Hang it up. This has really helped me to feel less anxious in the morning. I highly recommend to people who feel stressed about what to wear in the mornings:)
Things I learn so far in this life: Always find something new to learn in whatever you do. Never think you're too good. It hinders your learning. Last but not the least, you can also learn something new even from people you hate. Learn, learn, learn. :D
I've been implementing the last 3 and I can definitely say that they're definitely life-changing!! I really want to start cleaning for 10 mins everyday, bcs my desk is just always filled with clutter :') our physical space really is a reflection of our mental space!
This was helpful. Sometimes I do nothing because I can’t do it fast. Growing up I was hurried along, told I was too slow, sometimes “here I’ll do it” was told to me just because it was faster. This all made little sense because then I was told haste makes waste. Talk about confusing. As an adult I have to determine this or that will only take 15 minutes. Down the list writing how long it will take. While doing it I have to remind myself there is no race to get it done anymore. I had to figure this out, why I sat frozen and didn’t do things. If you can’t do it all at warp speed why bother, you will just be criticized for being too slow. Of course I’m an adult now so these were past things affecting my here and now. It’s still a fight at times. Let your child get things done at his or her own pace when there is no need to hurry. Do not take over or tell them to Hurry up. I was even rushed when eating. That can be another problem leading to obesity. So much of our present is made up of what we bring into it from the past. We just have to go back and see how things were then and then work to make necessary changes the best we can. You can do it!!
Take Vitamins, sunlight, green juice, lots of water, safe your place, eat bannanas, oranges, go for a walk, st.johns wart works wonders...im here for you babe..on a similar journey. ..you got this! ❤🙏🌈

Good ideas. It takes practice to remember to deliberately be grateful. For example, one day I thought about losing everything in my apartment or one of my 5 senses. These things are easily taken for granted, and I suddenly became grateful for much. She has a great speaking voice.
Same for me, anxiety if the one thing holding me down for years now, I don't have a degree or work experience and feal like shit all the time, I'm 27 now and I am scared 😨, of everything and hate it, sorry it's hard to explain in words, also please don't jugme I really don't like to be this way.
@The Exclusive Duck thank you, it sucks, and you know whats worse ? that even the profesionals dont help me much. To the point i dont want to go to a new one.
Well, do you ever give yourself credit for anything? When you’re depressed, every effort is a action of courage. Do you treat yourself as well as you treat a friend? We are often our own worst critic and I can’t think of a time doing that actually helped me 🤔
@@guineapigsnthings 😄 what recently helped me to even get started is an app called "Loop habit tracker". You can create habits you want to imply to your life and when done you tick them off. You get detailed statistics, like best streaks and you can customize the schedule. It helps me a lot. 😊

Your voice is so comforting. I love this channel it helps me so so much .
Glad you enjoy it! Amanda has the best voice here on our channel. I'm so happy to hear our videos are comforting you and helping you out. It's our mission to make a positive change in others' lives. - Cindy 💕
@@Psych2go love to Amanda and to you too Cindy!😊
This is my favourite channel on UA-cam! As an aspiring psychologist, I love how simple and digestible your videos are. Thank for you all that you do and for making mental health and psychology accessible to everyone. 🧡
P.S. I want to spread more awareness around mental health on my channel in the future and your videos inspire me so so much!

Evening routine: eat food, watch youtube, go to bed, watch youtube

Eat, sleep and youtube :P
I have the exact routine : (((((

Thanks for this. I'm 71, never too old to learn something new.
I'm ADHD and struggle with Executive Disfunction, but I think this new way of doing things will help. I hope so, as I've been at a stand-still for 3 weeks now.
It's okay to feel like not doing anything
Recharging is necessary but don't forget to get started over and over again after every recharge ! It's okay and you can improve
Maybe you are already improving yourself when you first decided to watch this video!
Maybe it's an idea to go to a dermatologist or a skin therapist to talk about this?

Thank you to be here and support people and help us be better everyday
Thank you for this post. I was trying to change my morning and evening routine, but I failed. I plan to start implementing this weekend. I received my bachelor's degree in August 2021 and now I seem to be deflated. I agree that habits have to be developed over time and cannot be rushed. But, I plan to start each tomorrow and do it everyday. For me, I have to get out of my lazy routine and accomplish what I need to get done.
her voice is just sooo soothing and gorgeous!! 🌸
For the 80/20 Pareto principle, it also means that 80% is done in the first 20% of the time, and the remaining 20% of the task is what takes 80% of the time
Thus, don't feel bad about leaving something imperfect. It takes 4x more time to go from 80 to 100 than what it took to go from 0 to 80
When talking about tasks that take the same amount of time, it also means that with 100% of your time for one task you can either do it to completion, or complete 5 tasks to 80%
For example, if you have an hour, and 5 rooms to clean that each take an hour, you can clean one room to 100% and feel like you're stagnating after 12 minutes, or you can spend 12 minutes in each room and clean them all to 80%, and end up feeling like you've done so much in an hour
don't be insecure about yourself. never :)
imagine yourself as a flower, who wants to be a butterfly, dreams about it almost every day. those beautiful wings, fluttering around, wherever they want.
but, instead of comparing yourself with that butterfly, look at yourself. look at those beautiful luscious petals, you give life to so many other creatures. Your alluring fragrance. the butterfly's beauty is enhanced, when it sits on you.
love the way you are, embrace you beauty and your flaws, and you'll be invincible.
Ah great thing to visualize.
Well where's your university , let me in .
I will laugh at your dad jokes

I always feel stagnant and lost every January on winter days, and it effects my studies and health a lot, so this was super helpful! I just washed my face after you said it affects our mood too
Maybe work on sunlight / daylight / light therapy?
I’m right there with you
Thanks!

Aww thank you! No problem :) we hope these tips help!

Practicing gratitude is the most impactful part of this list, in my opinion ❤
So you didn't practicing gratitude recently??
I would say meditation has got to be one of the most important habits, it has personally helped me so much! I have a much more clear mind now and I get the feeling that I can organize my thoughts better :) also made a video about it on my channel!
What do you use to meditate? Any apps in particular?
-Monica
@@Psych2go I use headspace :)
Can i know your meditation time, at what time of the day and how do you do it? Please ? sorry for my bad english
Praying too. 🙏💜🙏
I really like to practice internal silence. It allows you to detach from your emotions and the typically overreactive nature of it. By doing so, it makes it easier to solve ones problems objectively by giving clarity to your mind.
To whoever needs this: you are worth it, you are beautiful and you are doing great! Now stay safe and I pray you have a happy and fulfilling life ❤️
Yes! Beautiful comment.
Thank you. I needed to hear that, especially today
Thanks
Thanks Isabelle for the donation! We will reinvest back to the channel :) - Cindy
I started writing a gratitude list 30 years ago and it COMPLETELY rewired my brain from negative to positive. this habit absolutely does work!
Each time I try to "start over again," and do all these things. But every time only a few days later I break down and don't know what to do anymore
Do you think these principles would help you?
If yes, what have you tried to do to build the new habits?
I've improved a lot once I found what my mbti personality type was. It helps a lot especially being an INTP and often feeling out of place
I found what my mbti personality is, I'm an INFJ, but I found it not that helpful for particular changing 🧘🏻♀️
The voice of this woman is best soothing sound I have ever heard
idk but I'm kinda getting teary-eyed just imagining that I can still become a better person. I've been isolating myself from everyone because I feel ashamed and worthless for being unable to pass my thesis. I tried planning on doing these things for a long time now but I always failed. Hoping that I'll fully muster my courage now and really become intentional with taking care of myself.
I’m just loving the positivity of this community. What a group
I enjoy finalizing what to wear the night before the next day. Hang it up. This has really helped me to feel less anxious in the morning. I highly recommend to people who feel stressed about what to wear in the mornings:)

Things I learn so far in this life:
Always find something new to learn in whatever you do.
Never think you're too good. It hinders your learning.
Last but not the least, you can also learn something new even from people you hate.
Learn, learn, learn. :D
Not related but I'm loving the Sailor Moon poster at 0:28 😍
Yeah! I was curious if anyone else paid attention to it
I also hit this video because saw the sailormoon poster~
I've been implementing the last 3 and I can definitely say that they're definitely life-changing!! I really want to start cleaning for 10 mins everyday, bcs my desk is just always filled with clutter :') our physical space really is a reflection of our mental space!
HOW 7 HABITS THAT WILL TRANSFER YOU IN 30 DAYS
ua-cam.com/video/b1yARngArUk/v-deo.html
I can't even get up early, I'm sleeping 10 hrs, I wake up feeling tired and no purpose. I don't wanna take pills...
How are you sleeping? Maybe you aren’t getting quality sleep.
Exercise, fresh air and healthy food is also important.
So are hugs 🤗
Maybe you have a lack of iron. You should have your blood checked. It could also be caused by problems with your thyroid.
Me also,pandemic mood
Take Vitamins, sunlight, green juice, lots of water, safe your place, eat bannanas, oranges, go for a walk, st.johns wart works wonders...im here for you babe..on a similar journey. ..you got this! ❤🙏🌈

I would like to watch more videos with this animator, they seem really talented!
Your voice is so soft and soothing, I almost fell asleep listening to this!
Good ideas. It takes practice to remember to deliberately be grateful. For example, one day I thought about losing everything in my apartment or one of my 5 senses. These things are easily taken for granted, and I suddenly became grateful for much.
She has a great speaking voice.
Another thing that I do to get motivated in the morning is making my bed right when I wake up! I know it seems dumb but it really helps :)
“reaching your life goals” Well I wish I wouldn’t to depressed to have even one life goal..
Prayers for you 🙏 💜🙏
Same for me, anxiety if the one thing holding me down for years now, I don't have a degree or work experience and feal like shit all the time, I'm 27 now and I am scared 😨, of everything and hate it, sorry it's hard to explain in words, also please don't jugme I really don't like to be this way.
