Bhai time ka masla nahi hai, aap jo proper knowledge dete ho wahi chahiye, aap ki ek ek baat worth hai, koi time waste nahi. 40 mins aapki video dekhne me lagra he hai to kuch waste nahi bahot kuch seekhne ko milta hai. Mera comment Acha laga laga to like karna bhai. Thanks

After performing each single set of your 6 pack exercises from Legals Race to Planck(previous video), do I need to take any rest between moving to the next set? Or do I need to start the next exercise with rest after performing three sets of each exercise? Please suggest. And how many days in a week do I have to perform this exercise package? WAITING FOR YOUR RECOMMENDATION.....
