Gentlemen: Un Air de Samsara. I picked up two bottles a couple of years ago, at a steal, and it became my favorite summer scent. I am very judicious about how I use it. It. So subtle and beautiful, and elegant. All of the above. Thanks for the excellent video, again.
Wonderful video as usual gents. Gotta love Rich Mitch 🦆 he’s one of the good ones. I’d put you two in that category as well. Not gonna lie I’m a bit jealous of those sniffs you got.
Oh God, great timing, I found in amongst a load of house clearance fragrances in a charity shop yesterday, a full bottle of pre 2000 Givenchy 111 . Thanks for the watch
I have yet to discover the world of vintage fragrances (better shouldn't go down that alley I guess). I quite enjoyed watching you guys go through all these samples. Your reviews and tests always make me smile. I love the genuine enthusiasm and the positive outlook. This video also reminded me that I wanted to wear sport coats more. Slowly getting cold enough for some tweed anyway. Before I ramble one here: All the best from Germany and keep up the lovely work :)
Djedi was a soul-stirring, mind-opening LOVE for me. I have my precious bottle (half-full) that must last the rest of my lifetime. I completely understand why Sultan Pasha had such a transportive experience. It complete suits his artistic journey. The intellectual & visceral align in the most unexpected, fascinating, time-demanding, haunting way. It helps, oddly, that my husband is an expert on tanning animal hides… the secondary & tertiary levels of movement can capture very old methods involved with tanning. I’m just blown away every time! ❤️❤️❤️
@@WaftsfromTheLoft Domaine des Tourelles along with Ch Ksara are the Pinnacles of Lebanese Wines imo, can't go wrong with any of those. Ch Qanafar have been knocking out some spectacular releases too. Amazing samples here guys, many of these I'd rather not let anyone else know about.... Lovely episode made even better over a glass or two.
lol, ‘i smell something a little dirty.. nah.. yeah .. wait i was just smelling this probie dip stick, yeah a little dirty.. told tou .. kinda crotchy .. like under .. used underwear .. the type you get in a vending machine .. yeah .. yeah .. this is getting a little addictive.. BRAVO!
Cheers lads, excited to watch 👀

Tell that to Frederic Malle :)
Return of the Djedi! Huge shout out Mitch for the generosity. Watch out for that reform of Yohji's Homme though. Different scent. Great vid guys.

The sweet note in Dress Code is listed as Praline. I have the debut 2015 bottle. It’s a sweet take on the original. I love it.
yeah Rich mitch is a great lad..his also sent me a few samples in the last few mo ths which was really appreciated
Great lad indeed
Long live Rich Mitch !
Ho Hang Club reminds me of a more floral take on vintage Antaeus. Great vintage that is still accessible.
Great video guys. Love it when you focus on vintage 🔥
I'm gonna have to pick up Ho Gang Club now
Those Guerlains sound amazing!
They are!
Great content ! Got most of them & love all of them💝 Cheerio 😉🥂
PS my favorite of all is djedi👌 such a beauty! Those days are gone,,,,,,🤔
I just love rich and EUGEN. Great gentlemen to know.
Do you guys think that the non-synthetic animal derived ingredients found in older perfumes contribte to their richness and depth?
I still have a full Tuscany forte in black bottle and that smells very high quality
I bought your creations from Sarah and i just love them eu da parfum and pure parfum.
Thanks!
I have Vintage Vent Vert. My favorite Green ever! What was the scent you said Vintage L'heure bleue smells like?
I’m definitely on the hunt for vintage Vent Vert! We mention the wonderful Hasu no Hana, by Grossmith
@@WaftsfromTheLoft its worth every penny!!! It was Babe Paily's signature scent. 🥂💫🥰
Oh you are so lucky. L would love to buy
Oh! Is it Chateau Musar?! Love it!
Sadly not; not quite in the same league as Musar or Ksara
Rich is the kindest, most authentic person you’ll meet!

36.35 Reaction highlight - I think this is the reaction/moment we are all searching for.
80s to 90s are incredible. Even some calven Klein and entry level designers still smell incredible and REAL ingredients.
Before IFRA ruined fragrances.
Greetings from the US. A performance video would be very welcome!
This video was cruel, dangling all these unobtainable treasures before us. 🙃
whats the strange sound at 12:32 ? is there a mouse in the loft?
😂🤣😂 I think it’s Jo kissing his teeth!
@@WaftsfromTheLoft oooh matron
I'm curious if you have ever reviewed Jacomo. Thank you.
Chateau Musar?
Sadly not. It wasn’t quite on the level of Musar or Ksara
Where did you get the Djedi sample?
A very kind soul sent it to us.
You should try the Thebes grade 1, 2 from sultan Pasha as well
@@misterdangam yes, I own Thebes 1 and it’s stunning
