  • A full body standing yoga sequence to help stretch your muscles and improve your balance. We will stretch the chest, shoulders, hips, hamstrings and quads.
    Postures incorporated in this class are chair, standing cat/cow, forward fold, balancing warrior III, high lunge, warrior II, reverse warrior, extended side angle, triangle, reverse triangle, revolved triangle, pyramid, standing pigeon, wide legged forward fold and yoga squat.
    This class is practiced standing so there are no planks, chaturangas or downward dogs. Perfect for when you're on the go, or for anyone with wrist injuries who may need a break from using their hands!

    I travel a lot without a yoga mat and have hard hotel floors. Standing yoga routines are so perfect for before bed and this One was really perfect thank you!

    I really enjoyed this absorbing whole body flow! Felt really energised afterwards. Particularly relished the cat-cows from chair position and the final forward fold bind and twist. More of these wrist-free standing practices please! Thanks for your excellent classes, Jessica 😁 xx

    I've got elbows injury so I can't do any exercises and yoga asanas with arm (like down dogs, planks, etc). So I started lookin' for some standing and hands free classes and you actually saved my life! There's not so many hands free classes on youtube, unfortunatelly, especially good ones. That's why I'm truly happy that I found this video! Thank you sooooo much!
