    Oh this spicy strength and cardio combo was a killer, we start of friendly but by the end you will be sweating. By placing a large demand on the body’s energy systems, you will burn calories at a high rate, even after this workout has finished! WINNING! Enjoy guys 😊

    Love this one Roxanne! Would love to see more in this style. What is the difference between a KB Deadlift and Romanian Deadlift? Thank you!!

      ROM Deadlifts you keep your legs straighter with a slight bend in the knee, more focus will be on the hamstrings/glutes as you hinge the hips back. Conventional Kettlebell Deadlift there is more of a bend in the knee when you hinge the hips back and focus on glutes/quads. The range of movement is different too, kettlebell deadlifts you will touch the floor but Romanian deadlifts you will probably stop about shin height, depending on how tight your hamstrings are 😁💪🏼
