There could be reasons why you might not be seeing the changes you want. The frequency and intensity of the workouts. I provide the structure of the workouts, but at the end of the day you are responsible for the intensity (how hard you work) and how often you workout. Diet plays an essential role in the way the body looks, you can't exercise your way out of a bad diet. I hope this helps, be kind to yourself xxxx
@Workout With Roxanne I have had 3 kids and 3 c sections as well. My last baby was almost 10 pounds. I have a hernia mesh as well as separated muscles, which could play a part. I also had a hysterectomy, so now my body is putting weight on due to a lack of hormones. I work out every day, but sunday. And with my eating habits, I watch very closely what I eat. I go to the gym as well as your homework outs at home. I watch you and do the same workouts and all of that. I need a tummy tuck, and I go this Monday to see the doctor, and I'm praying she can help me:(

If it is excess skin making you feel this way, unfortunately exercise and diet can only do so much. Be kind to yourself, you are doing all the right things going to see the dr. xxx
As someone currently rehabbing her knee, I appreciate this video so much. I'm new to kettlebell training and the first beginner video I clicked on had Turkish get ups as a "warm up." So many of these videos are just dudes inserting their egos instead of genuinely trying to meet people where they are. Big thanks for this!!

I can't get enough of your kettlebell workouts! I haven't cleaned up my diet enough to lose weight, but I'm stronger, more energetic, leaner, and my clothes fit better. Nothing but wins 🎉
Just tried this workout. I am 70 with bad knees. I could really feel my whole body. Did 25 minutes on rowing machine and leg exercises that don’t hurt. I think this is a keeper. I will be adding this to my program. Thank you
I really, really like this workout, did it the second time today. Just 3 things from my beginner perspective: 1. This workout is beginner-friendly which means people who have no experience with the kettlebell will do it with the potential of dropping it. So doing this workout bare feet is very dangerous. 2. Same goes for the exercises where you lie down on your back and operate the kettlebell above your face. I used a dumbbell instead of the kettlebell for these exercises because i have a tighter and more secure grip around it. Can't imagine the horrible accidents that could happen if you drop a kettlebell on your face (in my case with no one else at home to call an ambulance) 3. The plank at the end, but I already vented about my anxiety breaking my wrists in another comment :) Other than that I LOVE that workout. Especially the halo twist which helps relocating my back :) Thank you so much!

The unsteady lunges and squats, just left me in pain and disappointment. I didn’t feel like my workout was productive at all. So happy I found your channel. I feel accomplished with the Kettlebell ❤

Thank you SO much for a really good workout that doesn’t kill my knees! I’ve had 2 ACL reconstructions on my R knee. I thought I didn’t like working out- it turns out I just don’t like knee pain! This is the first workout I’ve ever done (I’m 42) that I genuinely enjoyed!

I absolutely loved this workout. I have been diagnosed with PVNS in my right knee and this routine was so knee friendly and I was still able to get a workout I felt. You most definitely just gained a new subscriber!
Doing these kettlebell workouts for the last 6 months have improved my body so much I used to be 22 st now I lost 3 st and bulked up with muscle my arms are massive (LOL) thank you.
I liked this a lot! It was great that just when I needed a break you went to the floor. I really liked the B bridges - 1-legged bridges are usually painful for me (maybe because of APT?), but these were very doable. I did skip the plank at the end but I substituted!

hi roxanne. it would be great if you could do some investigation about workouts for oldies. i am male, 83, keen to keep as strong and fit as possible. we have to take our time to recuperate: heartbeat range is 80 to 110ish. we have to be careful with hips and knees, ie squat comfortably. best jonathan

Gonna try out this workout except for the plank. Nothing in this world can bring me to balance on a kettlebell like that. I felt nauseous just looking at the exercise in the video expecting you to fall and break a hand any second... just gonna do a normal plank.

I like squats but lunges are hard for me because I have a balance problem. I can do stationary lunges though.

Gonna try out this workout except for the plank. Nothing in this world can bring me to balance on a kettlebell like that. I felt nauseous just looking at the exercise in the video expecting you to fall and break a hand any second... just gonna do a normal plank.
