Love love love this workout, Roxanne, I thought that plank as resting it isn't a good idea but I changed my mind😀. It was terrific!!!! I made all exercices and I felt very well at the end of training💪🏻💪🏻. Thanks and more videos like these ones, please!!!!

should I use my 15lb or my 25lb. I can do heavier but slower than your pace. I see where some people say you're supposed to max to your ability and others say lighter for overhead but heavier for swing and bottom moves. Thx Ps. Did with 15lb. Great workout. I improvised some side plank and 1 leg up planks just to round out. Lol
Yes I would go heavier for the KB swings, squats etc.. but upper body body I would go a bit lighter. Take it at your own pace, this is your workout lovely. What ever weight is right for you to maintain correct form. WELL DONE LOVELY 💪🏼😊

Another great workout! Looking at buying some dumbells. I currently use 10 and 12 kg kettle, any idea what weight of dumbells I should get? Thanks
You could get 2 x 5 kgs dumbbells this could be right for your upper body and then maybe 2 x 7kgs or 2 x 8kgs for lower body? Let me know how you go 🤩
