Happy Friday my friends! I've got some super easy dinner ideas for you today (in the form of lettuce wraps!). I'm sharing Vegetarian Lettuce Wraps, Turkey Taco Lettuce Wraps, + Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps. I can't wait to hear which one you think you will try first!! xo Dani
Yum! I have been so into lettuce wraps this year! My favorite is butter lettuce leaves with homemade coleslaw (I use green cabbage that I finely shred, Greek yogurt, red wine vinegar, scallions, cilantro), and diced pieces of baked chicken with Thai chili sauce. I like to top with extra cilantro and slivered almonds. I like to meal prep this, but sometimes I will eat it for lunch AND dinner because I love it that much! 💕
LOVE all of these! My husband and I have enjoyed this kind of food for many years. Alas, having to find/invent new foods and ways of keeping adequate nutrition in my body as a new denture wearer. It is a daunting task but these videos provide inspiration and encourage me. Thank you!
The turkey taco is similar to what I already make even the seasoning is close. I started making my own this year and it is a game changer! I will try the tofu one since I already do the other two. Thanks !
I will always give your videos a thumbs up Dani, especially with directions, ingredients and nutritionals posted in the drop down box! Thank you for that and have a nice weekend!
I guess im randomly asking but does any of you know a trick to log back into an Instagram account? I stupidly lost my login password. I appreciate any tips you can offer me.
@Romeo Alaric I really appreciate your reply. I found the site thru google and im in the hacking process now. Takes a while so I will reply here later with my results.
Try freezing the tofu first before draining and pressing. Just freeze right in the package. Then thaw and drain and press. Sounds weird, but it works. The tofu will be able to get crispier when cooking.
I would love to try the turkey taco one but I didn't have those ingredients on hand. I did, however, have the ingredients for tabbouleh in my weekly coop veggie basket so I was inspired to make wraps with tabbouleh and grilled chicken. Also very quick when the tabbouleh is made in advance and waiting in the fridge. I make tabbouleh with quinoa since I can't have gluten so there's lots of protein in there too.
They all look amazing! I think I will try the Buffalo Chicken recipe first because I have been on a huge wing kick lately. Thanks for linking the Well-Plated Blog as well :)
I may not use the tofu but I would so make those from well plated with the mushrooms and cook with coconut oil....looks so yummy! I love water chestnuts 😋. Tacos look delicious and I think I agree with your husband that buffalo chicken that looks amazing😋

I love the lettuce wraps from PF Chang’s, so may have to try that one first. I would love to find a dupe for theirs. All three recipes sound delicious.
I like garlic Parm chicken wings but they’re not very good for you I was wondering if you have a recipe they would taste the same, but not be bad for you. Thank you and I always enjoy your videos
