    Good, lets kick our own a**! Wanted to show how to quickly in 15min hit your entire upper body. This is for someone who wants to blast everything a few times a week or who hasn't got a workout in since all the gyms shut down.

      He'll get there. In the several months I've been following this channel, his subscribers have jumped significantly. When he get's a hater video from another youtuber, then his subscriber count will go through the roof.

    I've been having my athletes do slider planks for about 3 years now..... the fact you added that close grip pushup and the single arm curl version is brilliant and absolutely bad ass..! Gonna use it tomorrow. Love your content! Keep up the great work big fella!!

    Love the vids. Even though I have a Captain's chair at home, I love being able to mix in some bodyweight exercises. My daughter has taken up powerlifting and can't get to the gym so I've been sharing your stuff with her. Keep it up!

    Your awesome bro....we all like seeing the exercises using strictly bodyweight...that makes you totally different than the other clowns on here whos got a full gym expecting their followers to go thru the motions meanwhile the rest of us are sitting here with only kettelbells, bands and a few other items so you for sure have me tuned in daily!     Can you please list sets and reps for this and your other workouts? Really helps with knowing what to aim for and to get a sense of whether I'm doing it correctly and with enough intensity.

    Ryan - Any chance you could do a video on your daily eating? With there being a real chance of significant shutdowns in the meat industry, I may be heading closer to a vegetarian diet (waiting for my Naked Nutrition order to arrive tomorrow!) and want to maintain a proper balance.

    Do you have a mobility workout? Specifically for hips, IT bands, and lower back.
    Lots of sitting make those muscles tight for me.

      It's usually not a tightness issue, but a weakness in opposing muscles (glutes and abs) and/or poor posture (anterior pelvic tilt).

      Yeah like 98% of men have weak glutes and don't even know it. They think by doing compound movements like squat and deadlifts ..ghat they are working the gluten but its not enough. Youll always have lower back issues as longg as your glutes are weak as shit and cant help you push

      That's because you have not learnt to adapt. Some people think without weights and a gym they can't gain muscle lol. They become baby's not knowing what to do. Their is plenty of training you can do even more difficult then gym workouts without equipment
