He has taught me to focus on the individual muscle being worked more often to the exclusion of supporting muscles, when possible. I swear I have made significant, if slight gains, for a man my age. His distractors don't know what they're talking about.

lol this video made me laugh I needed that - thanks. I am centered on gains more than I have been in almost 5 years of training. I have been perfecting the pinball machine reps and its done wonders for my gains. Though I will switch up the time under tension. Some days blasting - some days slow like I am walking on the moon and other days static holds in-between reps.
Ryan, Please do a video for full body no weight and or light dumbbells for traveling workers! I travel in a 5th wheel camper doing solar work and need a full body routine that is quick and efficient for myself a disabled Veteran with back/neck issues. Thus needing workout that is back friendly but totally effective! Appreciate all you do!!!
So... been working on my chest and I’m seeing something odd here... two things in fact...you look like you have a LOT more range of movement before risking those delts jumping in and taking over... and I’ve heard for inner pecs a cable fly style movement that crosses the center line of the chest is almost a must... am I missing something there?
