    I just want to say, thank you man.. genuinely. I have done your workouts since this video came out and its been 7 months. Ive gone from 200 lbs to 140 lbs, and now ive just been maintaining my weight, il be trying to drop to 135 soon. thank you

    Love your videos!! Best online training to find by a long shot! Can you do a shoulder session with no equipment? I can do pull ups on a tree push ups for chest but shoulders give me a hard time to get deep, since I have barbells or any other. Keep it up, you are amazing!!!

    I like your approach where you take a well known exercise and tweak it a little to turn it into something that I would absolutely hate to do. I got abdominal cramps just looking at these exercises.

    I just discovered your bodyweight exercises, am so implementing these in my routine, thanks! Stopped going to the gym since this whole virus thing, instead I go running every morning and end it with at least 30 minutes of bodyweight exercises at the park, always on the lookout for something new, better than what I am doing...so THANKS

    I'd be lying if I say "Man I'm looking forward to doing this AB work-out!" - but I will do it tomorrow after my 1 hour scheduled COVID-19 gym session.
