Love this workout which really gets heart rate up and good for osteoporosis. Would love the same and longer so total closer to 50-60 minutes (activity with warmup and cooldown). Thank you for all of them and variety to include bone strengthening with cardio.
You were right, this was a tough one, I need a shower! almost 20 years ago i had a stroke and now my coordination and strength on my left side is a little off and so makes some moves more challenging. Thanks for a sweat-worthy workout!
