- Follow along with this 10 Minute total body toning Standing Pilates workout!
This workout routine can be done with minimal space and no equipment whether you are a beginner or advanced. The exercises are designed to sculpt your full body (arms, legs, glutes, and abs) and include a few to get your heart rate up and burn fat while still staying low impact.
This video includes a warm up, the workout, and a cool down so all you have to do is press play!

Welcome!! I think it's so great that you are focusing on fitness together. It's up to you if you would like to start with more beginner stuff I have some videos that are specifically labeled as beginner. Or if you want to focus on standing workouts I have a whole section (playlist) of those as well on my channel page

Is a 10 Minute Pilates video the way to start? I am 70 and exercise regularly and love Kickboxing. I also use hand weights for upper body strengthening and Toning, but there are obvious restrictions for me anymore and I feel Pilates would help. I just wanna keep moving!!! 😂❤Any advice?
