Follow along with this no equipment long and lean muscles total body workout!
Back by popular demand, here is my 3rd 20 minute standing pilates workout! This workout will guide you through moves to strengthen and tone your abs, arms, legs, and glutes with no jumping while giving you easy to follow instructions, modifications, and encouragement. It includes a warm up and cool down so everything you need is in this one video. Anyone can do this workout from beginners to intermediate.

This was my FAVORITE! I felt every move in my muscles and it was a great challenge. Also, i solely use your workouts for my everyday exercise because i appreciate how in each video you always do a stretch out at some point of the workout as opposed to just “getting through it”. I can feel a difference with yours verses other peoples toning workout. Thanks for being mindful to take care of our body through stretching it out!

Ok i’ve never done pilates because i think i didn’t see exactly the point as i’ve done yoga for longer and other workouts and now this seemed perfect because it’s not boring, and it burns as hell. Gonna try this session more times during my 21 day challenge and will update after. I just found it rly fast some moves 😅
Your standing pilates videos pack in SO much goodness within 20 minutes. Challenging, I surely recommend this for those who dont have a lot of time and wanna get a good workout in fast! Not gonna lie I hit the pause button sometimes.

How have I just found you videos! Absolutely love your standing Pilates!! I’m suffering from tendinitis in my knee at the moment could you do an ab work out that’s mostly focused on staying off the knees? ❤️❤️

I will definitely make more ! Unfortunately I am already at the max for categories however, if you go on my channel page there is a search bar where you can search my videos and just type in standing workout or standing pilates and they should all come up! *EDIT* I figured it out!! Hi there! it's a tough question to answer without giving you a lot more information than you're probably asking for lol.
The fitness industry likes to speak in absolutes a lot of the time, they use buzz words to deceive people into thinking that their specific fitness routine is the answer when it usually a lot more complicated than that. The truth is, it's not going to be one thing that makes a difference in making your stronger, healthier, or loose weight. it's a combination of exercising (weight lifting, pilates, cardio, etc.) and eating a healthy well balanced diet to fuel your body. It also depends on the results that you want to see! :) Just remember that exercise and healthy foods are an investment in yourself and in your future and if you go into it with a healthy mindset and stay consistent you will 100% live a healthier life
