Follow along with this real time complete total body toning standing pilates workout routine. This workout requires no equipment and minimal space to strengthen your full body and create long and lean muscles at home. (All low impact exercises-- no jumping + great for improving balance!)

Thank you for the standing work out. For the last eight or so months, I've been doing standing yoga, then when that was well practiced and I had a nearly daily habit, I incorporated standing pilates. This has helped me get 3 days yoga and 3 days pilates. The variety helps and Im now working on longer practices. The best thing about standing practices is that I can do them at work without feeling awkward 😊. Thanks

Thank you for this video! I was able to jog for 28 minutes last night! I was totally feeling my core today while I was working, but I didn't feel it during the workout till the last set. Am I not tightening like I should be?
Great job!! Sometimes it takes a little bit to start feeling the 'burn' in your abs but as long as you are focusing on drawing your belly button inward you should be okay :)
How about a 40 min standing pilates video next? :)
