I have the same thing. I have been fighting this fibro for 12 years, it has been a rough and bumpy road, it nearly killed me at the beginning. I get the constant headaches with migraine aura, then migraines. My migraine is visually frightening. My vision will glow, or blindness, my skull is squeezing, i get tension headaches. I too have IBS. I sometimes have the trifecta, i will have IBS sitting on the toilet, with a migraine and body fibro nerve pain. I get fatigue now and then, i get the burning nerve pain in my upper body, but i have had it a few times body wide. The headaches are constant, pretty much a constant migraine aura, shapes and lines in my vision, mix with blindness etc. I have spent thousands trying everything to get even a little benefit, and that me being on unemployment benefits for twelve years, I'm lucky my mother has money to help me. I have searched thousands of pages for years reading about fibro solutions, but none of them work for. Like how some people cured their IBS and Fibro by going on a carnivore diet, but i found out the Hardway that red meat really triggers migraines. I now believe that fibro is connected to IBS. I have found that taking Apple Cider Vinegar helps with everything, even my hair was healthier. I just sit in bed all day every day. I fought it for 3 years while living with friends, taking tramadol every day, ignoring the migraines etc. But the last 8 years I just had no energy left, i have missed out on life. I had to completely stop going to the theaters, clubs, anything loud or has heaps of smells, anything with flashing screens. The winter is brutal for me, this past winter in Australia hit 0 degrees, all my symptoms went crazy. It's now starting to get warm and I'm coming off the codeine addiction, which is easily done for me. I haven't found anything that helps with these headaches. The only thing that keeps me going is my cat. It's suck, my 30s was sitting at home. I guess i can spent more time with my cat. All my friends are long gone, they gave up inviting me to stuff years ago. This is my life now. I watch streamers and sleep.

Long Comment ahead: I'm so happy I found this video, especially said by such a young sweet positive person like you who has to deal with horrible migraines like me. I feel understood! And i'm proud of you for sharing this online and being so positive and having humour about it cause it's literally a must, when you suffer so much if you can't laugh about it you are just become so negative, I've been there. I discovered that my migraines connect to my cycle, one week before my cycle I have headaches and light sensitivity everyday for a week and then before the period 1-2 BAD dark room no sound barely able to move in bed migraines.
My grandma has fibro so I got it genetically, and only a year ago my DENTIST told me that with all the things I complain about (teeth pain, back pain, knee pain, migraines, light sensitivity) that I have fibro, she was a life saver cause I thought I had it when I was younger and my mom told me "nooo you don't have fibro" and this shut me off trying to find if i have it. But at least I discovered I do have it in an adult enough age (21) to make the natural choice about it, I take supplements and no medication, I eat right (no milk, no white bread, I do eat meat and fish and alot of veggies and nuts) and I feel like also just accepting it, and accepting that you will not DEFINE yourself by this illness is a BIG part of healing. Thanks to my Dentists now I know why I have all those symptoms and of course the emotional symptoms as well- fatigue , anxiety, depression , being anti social alot. Now I have compassion towards this and In general I'm happy I found a young girl like you talking about this subject, you make LIGHT WORK SIS, I might just start talking about it in YT as well because 10% of the population has it and we definitely don't talk about this enough, THANK YOU! WE ARE NOT ALONE!

Hi Gili, thank you so much for your comment! My migraines are not hormone related, so i do not know when they will hit, but since starting botox injections I am doing WAY better which is great. Thanks for your positivity. Gentle hugs 🤗

I have fibromyalgia cfs mcs ddd osteoarthritis and scoliosis, I get migraines but not as chronically as my husband who I think might have fibro too. I don't take any medicine because I wanted to have kids (I have 2 boys 3 1/2 and 1 1/2) and its hard some days i won't lie! Magnesium (malate or malic acid in morning) as well as magnesium glycinate help.

You sound a lot like me, forgetting to eat...needing to schedule rest because of guilt..especially with kids. 😅 same problems for me. It's comforting to know it's not just me.
My husband got me to drink more water wake earlier eat snacks 😂 it's funny he's listening with me and laughing how similar i am.
Mcs btw - multiple chemical sensitivity. I would look into it if you don't know a lot about it, perfumes etc are one trigger for us because of this.

I think I have it, at least a flu. I had just finished what seemed to be my first major flare up. And now the body aches are overwhleming, just like my flare up was. ( Im a newbie) Trying all kinds of ways to soothe, hurts so bad.
