The social aspect of eating carnivore is my biggest challenge. When I'm with a group in a restaurant, the questions and the "horror" of people around me that I only eat meat, then explaining myself. I don't like any of it. The friends who urge me to eat a balanced diet and scold me for not taking care of myself. OMG Why is everyone else so invested in what I'm quietly doing that has taken years off my body and makes me feel great? When I tell them my results, they just keep on talking as though I haven't said anything. Thanks for addressing this! Social pressure is real, the same as it is with any addiction. Friends and family will try to take you back to "normal."

@@skellington2000 I like that idea! Unfortunately, I was brought up with the "clean your plate" culture and didn't even think of this. Leaving things on my plate is a great idea. Interesting that people leave things on their plate all the time and no one says a word. I'm going to use this. Thank you!

Travelling can be difficult when being carnivore. A standard piece of meat often costs 25$ when eating out. I would normally 2 or 3 of these to have a sufficient intake.

Firstly, thank you for your video 🙏🏼🤗
Secondly, Superrrr kudos on distinguishing when you toggle back on forth to reenforce Keto vs Carnivore when discussing foods/meals. As someone who practices both, I am very careful what videos I share with my friends. The moment I see carbs or substitutions hit a plate when they are talking carnivore, without a disclaimer, I skip the videos. Some channels do not realized how much influence they have on “new viewers and/or people who really need help”. I see so my titles and videos not distinguishing when they show or talk about food and/or what is added on a plate. It’s dangerous practice, reckless and not very responsible. I see this more when other channels say carnivore meals but yet add carbs to the plate. Some of us are addicts!! So when an influencer does not add a disclaimer that this isn’t pure carnivore or that it might affect people differently, a lot of us think it’s ok or when we do fail…we blame that Carnivore does not work! Sure I obviously know the difference, but image the ones that are desperate and are relying on popular channels and influencers to set an example. Again, great job on your content and how you deliver your message.
Lastly, when it comes to eating socially, if someone looks at me weird or say something…I ALWAYS tell them I have diabetes and I cannot have sides/veggies/dessert right now. They immediately have nothing to say cause they do not want to be the person that causes you to have a diabetic episode and die at the table. 😂 No one has yet to ask me on the next meal. Oh yeah, I don’t actually have diabetes 🤪

Thank you for recognizing that detail. We are careful to try to distinguish between keto/ketovore/carnivore. Of course we’re not perfect but we do our best to be clear about what we’re talking about.
Love your comment to friends by just saying - I’m diabetic I can’t have sides. That’s a good tip and leaves people no room to question. Thanks!
      Have a great day 💪

Important point which challenges the respect for freedom and friendships of carnivores and non carnivores
Respect and love to yourself like to anyone else is the only answer. Love without well meant bribery rituals through tasty food reduces relationships to their core and makes people to face and stand real feelings and emotions

We don't social just for the food, but also the company, so we have no problem in a social situation and the only difference is that some of our friends will eat veggies with their meat. Don't make such a big deal out of carnivore or vegan and you will have a good time.
