    Am I the only one that feels emi has become stronger? She was always strong but now her postures seem to be even more perfect!! Also I really appreciate how she keeps talking to us because that makes me do more. Thank you so much for giving us such effective and doable workout routines♡

    SUPERRRR happy with the results.
    Almost 30 years old and I haven’t seen my 11 ab lines since high school and even then its much more defined now.
    consistency is key!

      I agree!! I never really focused on my diet whilst doing emi's workouts but when i did , i noticed i really did lose a lot!! My pants getting bigger is my biggest motivation right now hahaha 😂💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜xxx

    Ok but, I did 15 minutes of hiit then this and my ab line was starting to become visible in 3 days!!!
    This worked very well for me, just remember tho, every body is different and things will happen at different paces for everyone

      @@grandbay1244 I ate a little bit healthier, like instead of having 2 slices of pizza for dinner I had a salad and 1 slice, I also drank at least 6 cups of water a day
      I didn't cut out foods I enjoyed though, I still had cake and coffee when I wanted it, just remember everything is good in moderation

      I recommend trying either Emi’s fat burn videos (burns fat without focusing on muscle gain) or these ab videos if you want to try and aim for abs!!

    I love emi so much. I have reduced from around 80-85kg down to 65 kg in a year just by following her workouts with strict healthy diets!
    And for every time I started gaining weight back especially during quarantine last year I could again shed down the excess and more despite my weight loss plateu
    All my respect and love and support to this wonderful person ♥️

    Starting today with the 21 days leg workout.
    Day 1: Was difficult to push through the planks but will do better tomorrow. Good work, everybody!
    Update: Its day 4 and now I can do all the exercises w/o feeling faint and nothing too noticeable has happened but I do feel the changes. It's helping me internally a lot as well.

    This is the second Emi wong challenge I have completed, and can I just say how amazing she is! I lost an inch of my waist and 2 pounds, I wasn't really trying to slim down as I'm also trying to build lower body muscle, but I can deffo see an 11 line and my stomach is significantly flater :)

    I like how she takes her time and takes it slow. My body doesn’t feel rushed and so feel the burn so much more. I’ve followed workouts where they went so fast and it didn’t even feel like an an workout, more like cardio.

    I'll stop doing this and choose to change another workout from emi s. This doesn't rlly give any effect to my body, it's quite easy and I didn't sweat a lot. Maybe i got used to painful burn that it's not gaving much more satisfaction and result. Anway, goodluck and keep going y'all

I really loved this challenge, I don't usually put effort into exercising but this year I did it and I love the results of the challenge.     Day 2 (jan 11) : ❌ (didn't do it as my stomach was aching)
    Day 3 (jan 12) : ❌ (it was tired ☹☹)

    Emi song is so wonderful and I've started following her videos during lockdown. This is the most intense and doable workout. Today I've started this workout. Will update the results everyday.
    Day 1: In abs I'm really feeling the burn and finished workout today ✅

    I'm fat and now I'm really trying to lose weight, everyday I do 2 random abs videos (I selected 4, so I can properly learn them) + 1 other part of the body (I'm focusing on the arms) and a bit of stretching. I'm an emotional eater but I'm trying to work on my diet as well (mom please stop buying junk food) and yeah, I really can't lose now!

    On fire for real 🔥 I am gonna do this for 15 days, I have been not consuming sugar and eat less and healthy. I have good shaped body but wanna see the abs lines!

    Hey guys I think I do it in a correct way completely but it is just a bit flat now I think I won’t see the abs lines but just 6 days left so I will keep doing it. If you are beginner it can be useful for you. Also I lost 3 kg thanks to my diet.

    Day - 12: ✅
    Day - 13: ✅
    Day - 14: ✅
    Day - 15: ✅
    This was my first challenge, I usually give up after a week or something but this time I wanted to see I can do anything. Well, i think I got slimmer waist. I can’t see the abs lines as I thought. If you are beginner or even if you are looking for a challenge, it might be useful for you. Keep up with the good work guys!

    Day 1 ✅ ( not properly but felt some pain the next day)
    Day 2 ✅ ( somewhat properly, painful)
    Day 3 ✅ ( did somewhat properly, more painful)
    Day 4 ✅ ( somewhat easy to do with somewhat pain😅)
    Took a week of break!
    Day 5 ✅ ( feeling easy. No pain no gain)
    Day 6 ✅ ( somewhat painful because I also combined a leg exercise)
    Day 7 ✅ ( feels good..nothing can stop me)
    Emi's words keep me going❤

    All of her workout really works. I had done lucy before, but the result is not that fast. So i change to Emi, and i got my 11 line back! I never ever lost my 11 line since 2ndry school and I'm started gaining weight and lost it after I started to eat late night snacks and now I got my shape back. Just a week, i can see the differences . Thank you emi!

    I DID IT. 15 days workout finished in 30days because i have a LOT of rest day. But that’s fine, better late than never. Thank you emi, this workout is working. My waist size reduce 3cm. AMAZING.

    Love these 10 minute work outs I have been doing them for around a month now and feel so much stronger I do 10 minute arms 10 minute legs and 10 minute abs every morning I did start off just doing 10 minute arms but I now do 3 - my next goal is to do 2 rounds of all 3 😅 💪🏼 thankyou emi 👏🏼

    i've been doing this workout for 4 days plus one standing workout from emi. I can say my belly did reduce a little bit and i can see vertical lines as well.

      @@leonp6603 not really i just eat a little amount of food sometimes i can have something flour-based or even chocolate i think if i had restricted or gone on a diet results would have been better

    so far so good im on day 2! this is my second time following a new 15 day abs program. I'll update more again
