Honey... you're being way too hard on yourself. You are doing such an amazing job with sticking to the program like you have. Be more kind and gentle with yourself and try to be a little less critical of yourself. You know you'll get back on track and into the swing of it again. And your roommate is right... you've made very noticeable changes physically and you're looking great. I can so relate to being so self critical lol
