Welcome back! So today I am sharing my perfect "10 Minute Ab Workout". Believe me this will fire up all your stomach muscles and you are going to FEEL it today... and tomorrow too. I try to do this workout every day in addition to my full body workout or just in the morning if I don’t have that much time.
We will do each exercise for:
-50 Seconds with a 10 second break in between (short breaks)
-10 Sets in total
-Every motion is quite slow this way you will feel the burn even more

I'm going to do this work out about two to three times a week. I already eat pretty clean and I move on a daily basis. Should I keep you all updated on my progress? It could be helpful for future work out schedules! 😌

Have been doing this for about 5 times now and I already notice that the exercises are getting easier, because I'm getting a little stronger. I found them to be quite hard at the beginning tbh. Feels great tho!

It would take this video to the next level if you would add audio of you counting the reps and call out new moves. Then anyone doing the workout doesn't have to keep sitting up to see where you're at in the workout. Friendly suggestion.

I agree, a leg workout video would be GREAT! How do you keep your legs thin? I feel like most leg videos have exercises that actually build too much muscle so you would end up with larger thighs, that's why I'm so curious about what you do!

I can't wait to try this. If you have more exercise routines you can show focusing on different areas (arms, legs, butt, or whatever), that would be great as well. BUT: you need to make sure that your lower back has contact with the ground ALL THE TIME during the crunches especially during bicyle crunches!! as you did the crunches with your lower back in the air you train rather your hip flexors than your lower abs AND it's extremely stressful for your lower spine. In the end, you might get a hollow back!!!

this was pretty hard
anyonee having problems trying to do the side plank pulse? I can't do it, I can do all the others (not the whole time, but at least 30s), except the side plank
