  • Hi Guys,
    Can you believe it! This is our last workout video for Wellness month! I hope you guys enjoyed the challenges as much I did! How did it go? I am curious to hear if you are feeling stronger, more motivated or if you just had fun in joining!
    Our health has played such a big role in the past year and with the right amount of exercise , healthy nutrition and relaxation we can increase our immune system! In the upcoming weeks I will be filming more Pilates workout so stay tuned for that.
    The holidays are around the corner and its honestly for most of us going to be a strange period of time! Many of us used to celebrate this with families and travels. I am very bumped that I can not go to the Netherlands to see my parents and brother but Max and I just made plans to visit friends in Colorado over Christmas. Maybe if we are lucky we can go skiing for the day but we shall see! I am taking everything day by day because that's the only way how I not go crazy haha.

      @@priyaguruswamy4078 Hey, i have been doing this for almost a year now, pretty much every other day. it is part of my workout routine. the diet is important but im talking about a good balanced healthy diet not starving yourself for the sake of losing weight. I was not as consistent with the food as with the exercise but i LOVE the way my abs look and people around me pay compliments so I highly recommend this exercises!

    Have loved wellness month so so much! So sad that this is the final workout but so so grateful for all the effort you and Sami have put in to creating such amazing content!     I rarely ever comment on yt but I have to say workout is my favourite , your voice is so calming and motivating yet the exercises are challenging. I especially like to do this one in the morning. Would love it if you made some more similar with the peaceful relaxed, vibe , thank you so much. Xx

      i want to workout in the morning too but im afraid my other body parts will burn as well :( i just want to lose the belly fats. how did it work for you?

      @@itsstillkyungsooYou can’t spot weight loss to a specific part of the body, you can try and tone the parts of your body that you want more defined though

    I have a 5 month old and working full time. This is great! It is short - so easy to squeeze in even with a schedule like this, but also very targeted 👌🏻 I know it’s silly to be ashamed of how you body looks like postpartum, but can’t help myself, the belly part is not living up to my imaginary standards

      Darling you have nothing to be ashamed. I've always been working out hard but it took me a lot to regain muscles and toned body after giving birth to my kids. Even if the weight was the same as before pregnancy, the body was totally changed. I had also diastasis and hernia in the belly button so I had to have surgery to close the hernia.
      You'll get there, no worries. It takes time, since your body changed so much to create a new human being 💖

    personally i feel like if you are going to talk in the video maybe you should count down because i don’t know how many i’m doing and there’s no timer so it’s not as easy to follow

    current: 56kg
    goal: 50kg
    1: it was hard for me but i tried getting of the competitive mind and focus on my my breath and took my time with it without rushing
    2: it was very easy for me! i didn’t take any breaks! i really did put my mind into it and i didn’t rush and was patient with it! remember that speed doesn’t matter what matters is your form and how you squeeze your belly
    3: i rushed because i was in hurry but the workout got easier!
    4 it got so so easy i felt like the time got faster since i got used to it i dont feel stressed at all when i do these workouts
    5: OMG I HAD NO SINGLE BREAKS FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER!! the workout got so easy i felt like 5 mins has went
    6: done✅
    7: done✅
    8: i challenged myself to do it today because i felt bad skipping a day, being self discipline is very important when it comes to yout goals!!

    Doing this along with one 10 min ab workout, 6 min lower ab workout, 10 min inner thigh workout and 7 min arm workout for a month. So that's a total of approximately 40 minutes of workout a day..

    I am a physiotherapist and I don’t recommend the first 5-6 mins of workout because that causes a severe damage in necks muscle tissue
