I just did this in my living room while my toddler napped. Fantastic work out! I lost my baby weight after giving birth, but haven't regained my core strength fully. I'm excited to do this at home a few times a week and get back to being strong again! Thanks for the motivation, Sanne xo

U wont believe! I did it every morning for like a minute month now. In first week I got a bit tired and got some cramps too. Then in second week I saw some slight shape of my stomach area. Also I did ran 2 miles everyday along with this workout. Third week was amazing, tbh abs started to appear and its the fourth week now and I'm doing it along with running. I also lost some weight. I was 52kg at the beginning and now I'm 49/50kg. If you are interested in it. Go on, this is amazing ab workout. Thanks to Sanne
This seems like a perfect workout!💋 My plan is to start tomorrow and keep people updated who are interested in results. I’m going to do this workout for minimal 7 days, i will workout everyday and do it together with the inner thigh workout from Sanne✨ 🦍 day one: It was pretty hard to not stop halfway, i stopped two times halfway a exersise and i really feel the abs burning.
Props to you for being so fit! I definitely can’t do most of these for 50 seconds! I’m trying to start very easy since I’m super unfit rn. 15-20 seconds for each with breaks. Hopefully I can work my way up to 50! It definitely works, I can feel the burn 💪🏻

First time watching and I followed along with no pauses! Reaaally felt the burn and had to rest after 30 seconds or so for some of them. Love all the planking though, I always find they are the best burn. You make it look so effortless 💕
I have done this workout a couple of times now. The planking and lifting your leg is incredibly difficult! I’ll just have to keep going until I’m passed 15 seconds!

But I try to do it everyday with another eb workout of you (just do one of them per day). After 1 week, I feel much better than the first time and can get along with the pace of your video. Thanks! Btw, could you also record some 10min workout for legs, especially the leg and ankles. You know, having a good shape of ankles and legs is very important for wearing dresses or high-heel shoes. I know you've uploaded a 15min work out for lower body. But it needs some equipment and not so convenient for home or traveling exercises. I tried this workout one minute ago but I didn't watch it before. It was very diversified but I think I did well. In my view the side plank is missing so I added that in the end. Very good video! Love you! 😘

This was great! It was very similar to the abs we used to do for competitive gymnastics warm up.
