So last week I asked you guys a question about content and videos. The responses were super helpful, they inspired some new ideas that I can't wait to share, so I wanted to thank everyone who commented!
I wanted to make sure that I really listened to what you guys were asking for and so many of you asked for fitness videos. That's why I filmed this video on Friday, a 15 Minute Toned Arms and Flat Abs workout. Anyone excited to do this with me? Comment 🔥 if you feel the burn girls!
This is an apartment friendly workout you can do in your bedroom, at the office, even in between classes! You don't need any equipment for this one either, which I find to be the best ones for when you don't have a lot of time.

repeat if you want, 45 sec each
- Plank with should tap
- Plank, dog position and touch ancles
- Push-ups (maybe on knees)
- Tricep dips with extended legs
- Bicycle abs
- Crunches (Boat pose)= only extend legs
- side planks + dipping hips
REST/BREAK
- everything again

I just tried this for the first time, and I loved it! I did 4 sets instead of two, which I am definitely going to do again! You said you just started to train your arms, but I am really impressed! I am about your height, and this really burned my arms. How you managed to stay strong throughout the entire thing is a mystery to me, haha

I really like how you say, "really feel how your body likes" because sometimes, people- or I, in particular, tend to copy the formation or pose as much as possible even if I feel uncomfortable. I mean, of course having the right posture for workouts is important, but what's more important is to feel good while doing it.
Tough but I loved it, also love love your natural makeup and skincare videos so always up for more along with leg and ab workouts. Such a beautiful natural beauty ❤ and personality and your boyfriend and you look super cute 💕. Milk makeup is all over UA-cam not sure how you feel about this brand but a makeup routine with those products would be great.

Thank you for the arm workout! I know this will be my go-to workout video throughout 2019 and maybe even through my life (woah...). Sorry to be negative but this workout left my wrists in agony. I had to stop halfway and modify because my hands were getting pins and needles. Plus who puts an advert halfway through a move twice?? Really wanted to enjoy this

This routine is hilariously bad. Your form is terrible on a lot of these exercises. Try to bend your elbows more than 10 degrees when doing push ups and you might actually benefit from them. Same thing with those tricep dips.

I adore you and all your videos but it is important to tell that those push ups are done in a very wrong way so it can hurt whoever tries to do it in that way. Sorry for writing this but it is very important to do every exercise in the right way for safety reasons. besides that know that I am a big fan and adore you personality, your work and you relaxing voice

Targeted fat reduction isn't a thing. You lose fat by eating less, your body decides where the fat will go first. Nothing you do will change that.
Please tell us how to be thicc Fat in thighs and buttocks but tiny flat stomach

Hoi Sanne, voor push ups wil je dat bij de buiging je ellebogen boven je polsen zijn. Ook moet je de variant kiezen waarbij een omlaag zakken tot bijna met de borst op de grond mogelijk is, anders bouw je niet op. Je zou een bankje neer kunnen zetten en daar je handen op kunnen zetten om push ups op te doen zolang tot het je lukt helemaal te zakken en dan teruggaan maar de grond zoals in dit filmpje :-)

I did not like the editing as much as I normally do. The timer felt a little off. But the excersices were great! Really glad it was a beginner's arm work-out, because I am weaker than I thought I was hahaha
