In this video I see nothing special about this food and England is not known for food and I visited London years ago and in queens at 74th Street there are a lot of Indian restaurants but it's not to popular and many women go to the supermarket and buy and make there food at home but some of there food is very spicy and very hot, so I make my own food the way I like it flavor minus the heat and I like spice but not like that like Mexican food but not too hot more on the mild side.
Times have changed now my friend. England has some of the best food from all over the world. You’re still living in the past and comment very old stereotypes and labels about English food. Time to join the present day.
I worked in a multiple restaurant in Canada Everyone used bare hands even in fast-food like McDonald's you wash your hands before touching food every time That's the rule
So you want them to wear plastic or rubber gloves and touch hot equipment and your food microplastic will come to your food you simply wash hands and work
Portion size is amazing for a michelin starred restaurant!

for actual Indian 3-5 star restaurant standards portion size is too small, most of Indian restaurants are buffet, so the quantity was never the issue.

Good organisation in the kitchen, the nan can do with it being at least 30% bigger in size. It’s small compared to restaurants in Bradford & Leeds.
