I’ve eaten in this chippy a few times. Must say, it’s absolutely amazing tasty fish n chips. Expensive. But what do you expect in Mayfair. Don’t knock until you try it.
British cuisine is arguably the least sophisticated cuisine in the world, it doesn't take great skill to cook fish and chips. The Punjabi probably does it better than most native Brits.
Ouvrir une huitre dans un torchon, la meilleure façon de se blesser. Le torchon n'offre aucune protection par rapport à la lame qui dérape. English people, it is the oyster which penetrate the blade, not the opposite !!!! Bisous de France. Second tip - shrink the open oyster in a salt water - 1 second. She (it ?) will expulse all the little pieces. C'est magique.
Oh, I have been in London once many years ago and remember your kitchen. It was delicious, even though quiet expensive for me. I think now there are even much more chooses of dishes there.
Prices in London can be on the high side, but we like to think this fish&chips offers a taste of the city's culinary tradition that you can't quite get on the Eurostar!

Best fish and chip shops are the ones by the coast. Fresh fish all day long.

It's a must-try for tourists visiting the UK
Appears to be as much art as food. Trip to Sothampton coming up and may have to overnight in London just to dine here.
Yes please!!
video has all the excitement of a prime time badminton match

The cost of fish n chips in london could buy you a eurostar ticket to paris or amsterdam

Traditional fish n chips in London used to be served with a pickled onion and a Wally .. not mushy peas and curry sauce.
Thank you for commenting!
6:00 do they use Engine oil?
Engine oil for cooking?!?!?!?
@@InsideKitchen_LDNbecause it looks like an old oil that haven't been change for a long time just like an engine oil 😅
The oyster guy has no gloves?!
Interesting how everyone is discussing gloves or no-gloves in the kitchen
I prefer fish & chips without disgusting vinegar!
Me too👋👋👋👋
If you going to charge the prices guys at least use fresh fish! I was all my life in the business
Look delicious 😋
cooking oil❎
engine oil✅😛😝😛😝😛😝
😅
I’m absolutely disgusted at you using tinned mushy peas, in with the dried peas. Totally Appalling! Nothing traditional in that. 🤢🤢
£19.. wow.
That's really expensive, even for London.
What's this, ketchup or mayonnaise one pound on the menu? Time ref. 3:42
Perfectly fine to charge for it. The days of free food are over..
Euwwww
Thank you for your comment!
Plastic chopping boards 😢😂😂
It's not unusual right
Mayfair London or not ,,,, twenty quid for a piece of cod and some chips ,,, ridiculous
Rip off prices get up to proper f&c shops in whitby👍👍
Its Mayfair… Not some Northern Slum.
Go to brixham
Which place in Brixham do you recommend?
Hahahah don’t have proper fish and chips down south
Really?!
Over priced rubbish.
Too many bare fingers in food preparation. Frying oil is way past it's usable condition.
exactly!! like why are they touching food with bare hands!?
If you want legit fish and chips don’t buy in London dimples
Thank you for your comment!
Not for that price matey
6:07 do they use Engine oil?
Nooope
What that shit😂
Excuse me?!
BRUSSELS
